  I invested in a video creation I made with 13 items first, but now 13 refuses to work properly for several hours (space bar and game button won't do not time line indicator).  I hope that I will get the problem solved, but in the meantime I must get this complete project and don't have the time to do it again.  So, I need to convert the work so that it can be completed with 11 first which seems to work fine.

  A standard THAT VIDEO should work on both versions... a PROJECT file is generally not backward compatible

  If we look at the same thing, you called the attention a strange first elements 13 titration AutoColor/module interaction. This can be reproduced to the Expert or

  fast working space. I will be this demo within work fast since it's where you worked.

  1. import a still in fast work/film space.

  2. with the still selected, go in Panel of Palette/Color tab/settings setting expanded and just click the close the route of the tab Auto color tab adjust.

  3. go into Menu/New text/default text to open the module of titration of the project. When you do this, you see the following and not the still on which the text title must go.

  

  And when you close the titration module, you will see the title of text "Add text" in nature.

  

  The only solution I can think of right now is to create the title of text and then apply the Auto color to the still.

  It is interesting that this happens only with the color of the car in the color Panel. If you do not click

  Color Panel and to use more options for color adjustments, this behavior does not occur.

  Deleting the Adobe Premiere elements Prefs file does not correct this situation.

  I think that here we have to explore the parameters of the project (presets), rendered the source and chronology of media properties and non-rendusent contained prior to export.

  a. check if the Auto title text color glitch I've seen what you describe in your situation

  b. give the details of your project so that we can explore cause and effect for irregularities in reading content of chronology, as seen in the edit box monitor.

  I recently bought a copy of the first items 10 (with photoshop elements) and I came to brick wall in the installation. First of all, I have already installed photoshop and its works well, but when I try to install the first I get the following message:

  "This installation package is not supported by this processor type.

  I can confirm cthat my processor is infact meets the requirements. It is faster than 2.0 GhZ and supports SSE2.

  My exact model is: Intel (r) Core (TM) 2 Duo CPU E7600-3.06 GhZ. I can can be seen on the link depending on whether it supports sse2

  It is also quite possible that you received with the incorrect CD.

  Try to download the trial on the Adobe web site and using the serial number you received with your software to activate it.

  I have been using Adobe first items 10 for several years now and just recently started having this problem with my computer. I can load some types of videos sometimes in the preview screen, but when I try to load a mp4 video in my draft preview screen it plays not the actual video and audio. The video rest blackout curtains. Now I can scrub through the timeline and see screenshots of the video, but when I go to the preview screen it just turned off. I have a Nvidia GTX 550ti on my computer. The drivers are completely up to date. I made sure the program is up to date (as you call it up-to-date) and made sure everything is up to date. This program worked fine a month ago.

  There has been a known issue for a long time about the specific issue of first Elements 10 running on a computer that uses a videocard of NVIDIA GeForce graphics cards. The answer is do not have the updated driver version, but to use the version of may 2013 of the driver. The full story on who is...   On what computer operating system is your first items 10 running? There is a good chance that the old drivers on the NVIDIA website are maybe not old enough. However, plug your information on the NVIDIA website to see if you can get the choice of a version of driver for may 2013 all about. If you can't, then you could go on thinking that your card has been on a schedule of automatic update and the previous version of the driver is may still be on your computer. If Windows, see Device/Manager/name of your map display adapters, then the tab driver properties.

  If all else fails, then some choices are

  1 get a card, not NVIDIA GeForce for your computer

  2. go to a later version of Premiere Elements - 11, 12, 13 appear to be immune to the very specific problem first Elements 10/NVIDIA GeForce.

  You recently updated your version of map/chart to the latest video card driver or did you automatically for you?

  There is a serious problem with first Elements 10 that is installed on a computer that is using a NVIDIA GeForce video card graphics card.

  The answer is not not to date the driver to the latest version, but rather to roll back the driver for may 2013.

  Older versions of driver NVIDIA GeForce today are often not old enough.   Did you by chance 'on access Scan"feature enabled in your Antivirus software? If you do not have this option, could you try disabling it and verify that your problem is resolved.

  No need to empty the trash after moving from opm.db to the trash.

  Well, follow the procedure below:

  Launch monitor activity and "Force quit" all processes associated with Adobe as creative cloud, CoreSync, AAMupdater, AAMupdater notify, demon Adobe Crash of the activity monitor.

  Follow the previous steps again, but this time rename OOBE folder OOBE-old.

  Then launch creative cloud app and check.
