How to solve a problem with Adobe Premiere elements 10 preview screen blacking out instead of video game?

I have been using Adobe first items 10 for several years now and just recently started having this problem with my computer. I can load some types of videos sometimes in the preview screen, but when I try to load a mp4 video in my draft preview screen it plays not the actual video and audio. The video rest blackout curtains. Now I can scrub through the timeline and see screenshots of the video, but when I go to the preview screen it just turned off. I have a Nvidia GTX 550ti on my computer. The drivers are completely up to date. I made sure the program is up to date (as you call it up-to-date) and made sure everything is up to date. This program worked fine a month ago.

There has been a known issue for a long time about the specific issue of first Elements 10 running on a computer that uses a videocard of NVIDIA GeForce graphics cards. On what computer operating system is your first items 10 running? There is a good chance that the old drivers on the NVIDIA website are maybe not old enough. However, plug your information on the NVIDIA website to see if you can get the choice of a version of driver for may 2013 all about. If you can't, then you could go on thinking that your card has been on a schedule of automatic update and the previous version of the driver is may still be on your computer. If Windows, see Device/Manager/name of your map display adapters, then the tab driver properties.

If all else fails, then some choices are

1 get a card, not NVIDIA GeForce for your computer

2. go to a later version of Premiere Elements - 11, 12, 13 appear to be immune to the very specific problem first Elements 10/NVIDIA GeForce.

    If we look at the same thing, you called the attention a strange first elements 13 titration AutoColor/module interaction. This can be reproduced to the Expert or

    2. with the still selected, go in Panel of Palette/Color tab/settings setting expanded and just click the close the route of the tab Auto color tab adjust.

    I think that here we have to explore the parameters of the project (presets), rendered the source and chronology of media properties and non-rendusent contained prior to export.

    There is a serious problem with first Elements 10 that is installed on a computer that is using a NVIDIA GeForce video card graphics card.

    It should do.  You use one of the buttons of pen maybe?  Just touching wheels with the pen with no buttons or modifier keys.  Press ENTER to close the selection.

    Personally I never use the lasso, Polygonal, but rather just the Lasso tool by using the ALT (Opt) to operate the Polygonal tool.  I also use the mouse instead of the Tablet for the selection of cutting edge.  It is a little too uncertain where the point will go when hovering the stylus above the image.

    I invested in a video creation I made with 13 items first, but now 13 refuses to work properly for several hours (space bar and game button won't do not time line indicator).  I hope that I will get the problem solved, but in the meantime I must get this complete project and don't have the time to do it again.  So, I need to convert the work so that it can be completed with 11 first which seems to work fine.

    If your microphone is sounding restless that you save (rather), there is problem on your Windows sound settings. As Steve G suggested it sounds like a form of blocking to reduce the noise. I don't know if this is an effect that Windows 8.1 can do to the incoming audio signal. If you find a way to turn it off.

    I've updated operating system for OS X EI captain and since then, After Effects will not open (error attached photo).  All the other Applications of Adobe will open and working.  I have the Adobe Creative Suite 6 Master Collection.

    First of all, thank you in advance for any advice for any help, you can offer.

    A week ago I noticed that Windows Update had a backlog of updates (30-40) as I had it value updates but let me choose whether to install them. As I tried to install, I noticed download election for hours but no visible progress in the taskbar and only a few updates installed on restart. Try to check the updates of similar results. I tried a number of solutions suggested here as a tool for troubleshooting Windows Update, but it made that seem to clear my list of updates to uninstall and make sure Windows Update has been under the impression that I had never checked the updates, apparently a worsening of the problem like today no update appeared and I encountered error 8007000D.

    I've tried other options like Windows system update readiness tool and tried to run the sfc/scannow System File Checker, but what who would not (cannot start service repair) I grew more and more worried. On recommendation from other forums, I tried also to start TrustedInstaller in command prompt, which does not. Unfortunately, I had run a Disk Defrag and clean-up recently which had been deleted and (unbeknownst to me) my last restore point. The root of the problem seems to be the Windows Modules Installer, which does not start when you are prompted in Services (error 126), something wrong with the registry may. So reluctantly, I tried to perform a repair installation using a downloaded iso, I burned onto a DVD (insured was also Windows 7 Home Premium 64 - bit SP1). However, even if it doesn't seem to work, it is constantly check for installation updates (unless this is supposed to last several hours?) or if I opt not not to check, it pass the compatibility check and then fail in the second stage (collection of files, settings, and programs). I tried several times, once in offline mode with my disabled (Norton) antivirus and once in clean boot mode.

    I don't know what other options I have. I would like to avoid a clean as much as possible installation, because my computer (HP laptop) still seems to operate normally (for the moment) outside the impossibility to install Windows updates (via Windows Update or directly from Microsoft, it seems), but I think it would just leave vulnerable more and more over time. Has anyone else had similar problems and has found a way to solve? I'm not a computer expert so any help would be greatly appreciated.
