Bought the plan photographer, impossible to download photoshop or lightroom creative cloud
So, as I said, I bought the photographer plan but when I open creative cloud and you try to download a program, absolutely nothing happens, I'll post a screenshot, but I have really no idea what to do.

Please, try the following steps:
- Uninstall Adobe CC (Creative Cloud help |) Uninstall the creative Office Cloud app)
- Reboot the computer.
- Install the latest Adobe Creative cloud version from the link: CC help | Creative cloud desktop

How to download Photoshop again when creative cloud thinks that I have already?
I tried to download Photoshop but has encountered an error. However, creative cloud me recorded as successful in downloading the software and does not allow me to download again. I tried to remove the Photoshop directory without success and cannot find a way to send an email to support directly to Adobe. Thanks for your help.

Impossible to update Photoshop or any creative cloud application
It's strange. I have creative cloud, but now can't seem to update or download anything via the Cloud. This is true on the laptop and main computer.
I keep hitting the same message: updates could not be applied: you're already running Adobe Application Manager. But there is no other applications running, just Photoshop and the Finder system.
Also, visit the website of cloud, can connect, but cannot download new software from there either.
Primary computer: Mac Pro running 10.7.5
Laptop computer: Mac Pro notebook connection running 10.8.4
Effective current cloud shows as active and valid.
OK, the creative Cloud now seems to work. I was not close or do anything. He just came back again which allows to update.

I downloaded photoshop cc free trial on creative cloud but it wont let me do anything / open except let me of click 'more information' that sends to be back to the download page which then sends me back to the creation of clouds which sent me to the page 'more information' and so on and so forth. Does anyone know how to open photoshop cc free trial in the creative cloud. Any help will be useful. Thank you.
You run the creative Cloud products, the application allows you to download and install them. Once they have been installed, they are on your computer, run you the same way that you launch any previous version of Photoshop (or other applications).

I'm trying to re - install photoshop CS6 after that my HDD 3 of crashed.
I have the serial number.
I was able to reload Lightroom after many difficulties.
All I can find is stuff of cloud.
Its all very confusing to me.

Your CS4 stays where it is at least that uninstall you it.
Don't know what you're asking about the download is ok.
There is a minimum operating system requirement to verify that, and perhaps run PS and LR in test mode to ensure that they both work before you register and pay anything.

I'm not very technical and I'm unable to install Photoshop and Lightroom creative cloud of the trial. This is the error message I get:

Creative desktop cloud applications can be downloaded and installed on multiple computers, regardless of the operating system. However, the activation is limited to two machines per individual related to the composition, and you may not use the software on these devices simultaneously.
To install the creative cloud on new computer
Visit download/install FAQ: How can I download and install the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App?
If you are already signed in on two computers, simply disconnect you creative cloud over one of the other computers and log on to the new.
See connect and disconnect activate Cloud Creative applications
If you cannot log out due to a broken or reformatted computer, or if you no longer have the old computer, where you have logged in, you will receive a message when you try to connect on a third. Please see this link for more information:
