  OK, you can still be installed. Check the start (Windows) menu or LaunchPad (Mac). If this isn't the case, you will need to reinstall with the media and the original serial number.

  I already bought a CS6 Design and Web Premium download. I want to install it on my new laptop, but I don't know how. I still have my series/code number produced of my purchase in December 8, 2012. What can I do for my transfer software from my old computer to my new computer?

  Just install and activate it.  If you need to download the installation files, you can do so on the link below.

  Your license allows you to have two active facilities, so if you have only one, you can always install on another machine without touching the original installation.  If you do not want the original installation, then you should disable at least opening one of the applications and selecting help-> Deactivate.

  What is N - OS?

  For the problem of camera raw, every new device has its own raw format, and ACR must be updated to include the latter. Happened yet for the d5500 has been added, so you'll just have to use the Nikon software until Adobe gets the info and releases an updated version of ACR. It is not uncommon to be in your situation, if you buy a camera model that was only a month. You just wait a bit.
