I bought the Windows from Acrobat Pro DC version by mistake and need the Mac version. I find anywhere where I can contact someone to help me with this. If it is a subscription to Acrobat DC it will not count as you need for her license through your Adobe ID, however if it is a retail license then you must contact our customer support team to process the return and order a new one.

Bought the wrong version of Windows Server
I bought a new server and also Windows Server 2012 R2 essentials with 25 CAL but when it arrived and I installed it, I was told that I needed to Standard edition, not most.
I contacted the company that I bought, and they said that they don't accept it because I opened it. I'm stuck with it, apparently. I threatened to get a refund through my credit card provider, and then they said that I can contact Microsoft for an upgrade, because I never activated the server. I didn't even point of activation when I discovered that I needed the other version.
I don't want to pay $300 to submit a technical support request, so I thought someone here could make a suggestion for me. All I need is the license key Windows Server 2012 R2 standard edition. I already downloaded it. Or should I try to sell the license and then buy the one I need? Thank you!

I bought photoshop elements 13 and when I m trying to install it on my computer, it says that my computer is mac os 10.7.5 64-bit and I need a Mac os 10.8.0 or later. What to do? Forms Central is longer now.
A trial version of forms used to be installed as part of Acrobat PRO XI Central desktop application.
It is no longer available and is not included in Acrobat DC, however, you can always create PDF using Acrobat PRO from DC forms.
