Box - Java Script problem

Here is the code I use:

if (TableA.A.rawValue ! =1)

{

this.presence = 'hidden ';

}

else If( == 1 TableA.A.rawValue)

{

this.presence = 'visible ';

}

When the user checks the comments textbox box is visible (otherwise, it is not visible).

The problem is that when the text box is visible, the user can enter any text. What Miss me?

Thank you.

There was a readOnly access in the subform that contains the TextField object.

I remember it being a question for more than a year where under a particular set of circumstances that could happen to you. Note that there is no user interface in the designer to remove it so I had to do it in the XML source. Here's the updated example.

    You have a problem. Tried to download an overview of the error, after navigation and selection of the snapshot and clicking on download, nothing happens. If I have up and down arrows I get the alert - cannot display this Page.

    For me, this happened from disabling, but do not uninstall McAfee site Advisor. Recommend site completely uninstalled and the problem disappeared completely. I had turned off before site Advisor, but it seems after a update to McAfee, he was back and then turn it off again caused this problem.

    Go to "uninstall a program" or "add/remove programs" in control panel. Find McAfee in your list (McAfee total protection for me). Click it and then click "Uninstall/Change" (right there in XP, up above in Vista or 7). I don't remember exactly what you see after that, but at one screen I was given the choice to uninstall the McAfee total protection and/or the Site Adviser. You can just check the Site Adviser and just uninstall the Site Adviser while retaining the rest of the McAfee protection.

  • Problem to find the Position of the cursor by using Java Script for an input TextField

    Hello

    I have a problem to find the position of the cursor in a field inputText component.

    The following code of java script to achieve. The same functionality works fine if I run in a simple html page. But when it is used the same javascript inside the jsff does not the position of the cursor.
    var adfComponent = AdfPage.PAGE.findComponentByAbsoluteId("r1:1:it3");
    var adfComponentClientId = adfComponent.getClientId();
    var div = document.getElementById(adfComponentClientId + '::content');

    ... had the chance to look at the source code of the sample. ADF Faces renders text as HTMLTextArea fields when the value of the rows property. The JavaScript code used in the example of client works differently for FF and IE if the input is a text box. This could be a problem in IE or just used JavaScript code. The rows back to a single line (remove) property makes the text as HTML input feldworking with the JavaScript for IE and FF.

  • Safari and all browsers not opening not Java Script links - looks like App problem

    I have 3 ipads and 1 iphone...  A few days ago all except 1 of the iPad and my iphone started showing the same questions...

    In safari, or even with chrome on each of the devices involved, links to Java scripts more open.  It freezes and unresponsive, then crashes.

    It is the case of the bar by clicking on a link in google search (and it's OK if I load desktop application mode) and even emails with links to a Web site.

    Since 3 devices present the problem and is not 1 I guess it has to do with a bad application or the app update (although never had something like this happen before an application.)  The 9.2.1 software on the devices was fine until a few days ago, when this happened

    However, with many applications on devices, I don't know what app or update is causing the problem.  I tried to limit without a bit of luck.

    I have classes compensation tent soft reboot of data backed up and all that, but the problem does not go far.  Even with all of the dragged close apps, it STILL happens. So maybe it's an application that loads anything at startup.

    Because I don't see other instances of something like this that make SMEs also guess that's an app.  Does anyone have any suggestions... On the app store - anyone know if there are diagnostic tools to find an app that can cause a problem?

    Thank you!

  • Java script for counting the text boxes

    I have 10 text boxes. Y at - it somehow I can create a java script for an eleventh text box so whenever you type a number into one of the 10 text boxes it adds the value 1. By example, if you typed a number to 4 number 4 text boxes come in box 11. I googled everywhere and I just can't understand the sense. Any help would be appreciated.

    Of course, it is possible. Let's say the text fields are called "Text1" to "Text10" and the last of them is called "Text11"

    Use this code as the custom Text11 computer code:

  • Problem with java script

    Hello

    I created a form that contains a few simple calculations at the bottom. I have zero experience java script so any help is appreciated.

    The way the script is written right now gives me the error "the value entered does not match the format of the [Total] field.

    This is out of pocket expense claim form and I'm trying to have it display the total is due to the employee in the [Total] line. The form must take everything that is entered in the 'calculate.0; Calculate.1... "and multiply that number by 0.55 which is the rate for reimbursement of mileage. In the areas of 'numbers', the user will be able to enter the amounts for other expenses such as tolls and parking.

    The line [Total] must take each of the fields 'calculate' and multiply by 0.55, then add this total to values "numbers."

    Help, please!

    Thank you!!!

    (This.getField("calculate.0").value) = Event.Value * 0.55 +.

    (this.getField("calculate.1").value) * 0.55 +.

    (this.getField("calculate.2").value) * 0.55 +.

    This is because there is difference between 'Number as text' and 'numbers '. JavaScript uses the same operator '+', for the addition and concatenation. You must ensure that you have access to a certain number. You and use the constrictor 'Number' or the multiplicative identity. JavaScript has also tries to guess the action to use.

  • Can you help me to insert a JAVA script into an Adobe PDF form I created.

    I have never programmed in Java and need a Java script to insert in a calculation field in an Adobe PDF form that I created using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.  This form will be the one that can be filled on the PC or printed and filled out manually.  The calculated field will display a zero unwanted when printing and I want it to be empty.  Another field will be a calculated percentage and displays an error when there is no divider; a similar problem, I want to be a Virgin and the person filing the form manually to calculate the field and write.  I don't have time to learn

    The Excel formula would be: If (Cell_1A = "", "", Cell_1A + Cell_1B)

    What would be the JAVA script in a dialog box "Simplified field Notation" or "custom calculation Script?

    Both of these things require a custom calculation. For the script of the division, you can use something like this:

    var a = Number(this.getField("Field A").value);
    var b = Number(this.getField("Field B").value);
    if (b==0) event.value = "";
    else event.value = a/b;

    For the conditional script, you can use this:

    var a = this.getField("Cell_1A").valueAsString;
    var b = this.getField("Cell_1B").valueAsString;
    if (a=="") event.value = "";
    else event.value = Number(a)+Number(b);

  • Java Script issues

    Hi all

    IM developing a Memorial Web site and I would like to use the jQuery plugin noble County http://tpgblog.com/noblecount/on this page of the site http://www.milesmemorials.com/Product-GH54.html. As you can see there is a text box for the "wording" where customers can enter in what they would like to have engraved on the headstone. The first hundred letters are included in the price (total operation are calculated and displayed at the bottom of the page "grand_total"), all the letters after that have the price indicated by letter according to the type of engraving they chose (see the drop letters engraved for price per letter). The plug in I want to use is to display the number of letters in the textarea as they are typed. When 100 characters are typed there will be a color change to warn customers, then I need some sort of function to multiply the remaining characters (if there is) by the amount required by the letter (dictated by the engravings options) to be added to the box grand_total.

    BUT! Im having problems with this development, as I have very limited knowledge of Java script. Is there someone who can help me with this? I understand its quite complex and am happy to pay someone produce the Java Script for me.

    $("textarea").val($("textarea").val() + " " + verse);

    should be

    $("#textarea").val($("#textarea").val() + " " + verse);

    Also delete this old writing of yours as this is obsolete:

    $(window).load(function(){
        function putIt(e) {
        $("#textarea").val(e.target.value);
       }
       $("#verse_inscriptions").on("change", putIt);
    });

  • Java Script to Add / Remove button

    Can someone help me? I am a beginner and have no idea of the language Java Script or form Calc. Please, guide or help me write the language for 2 buttons add and remove... Please, I beg you!

    Edigo

    Edigo,

    I have attached a PDF file that adds JavaScript to your buttons. I'm unable to verify that this form works with LiveCycle 7.2 because I'm on a later version. But it shows how to use the instance Manager to add and remove rows from the table.

    Here are the other changes I made to your form:

    • Changed lines to be different instances of the same line. This change allows us to use the instance Manager to access the lines as entries in a table.
    • In the link dialog box, changed the second lines to have a number Min 0.
    • Changed the subform floating rather than fixed. In this way the Add/Delete buttons do not overlap with the table.
    • Wrapped the Add/Remove buttons in a subform.
    • Add a subform of title.

    From a usability point of view, form has a few problems. To delete the second row of the table, you must delete the nth party through lines. I suggest you add a button 'Delete' in each row of the table. That would allow users to remove a specific line rather than just the last one. The Designer 8.2 documentation contains an example that explains how. See http://livedocs.adobe.com/livecycle/8.2/wb_designer/wwhelp/wwhimpl/js/html/wwhelp.htm.

    Using the designer is here

    Good luck.

  • enable java script in my browser

    I try to activate the java script so that I can access many sites such as my site Web of the College, the adobe Web site. I tried to follow the instructions on the Mozilla support forum, but I don't see java script in my plugins. It's desperate! I would be grateful any advice...

    If the above does not help...

    Sometimes a website will say that JavaScript seems to be disabled even when it is turned on. The possible causes for this are:

    • A script that launches a plugin, such as Flash, does not work, and the script simply identifies the problem incorrectly
    • An add-on filter page, for example, script blocking or any ads, and another script in the page detects the missing element and identifies the problem incorrectly
    • An external program as a security suite selectively blocks some scripts, and another script in the page detects the missing element and identifies the problem incorrectly
  • Java script must be enabled

    I use POGO.com to play games.

    When I try to connect, I get an error saying I need to have java script active.

    It is activated and yet I get this error.

    Everything works correctly when you use Internet Explorer.

    This occurred for about a month now.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Appreciate the answers guys, but I'm not the only one world that is having this problem.

    However, it happened when you use Internet Explorer after I had posted here, so I think it is not da browser.

    Yet, the site insists on the fact that it is not them either.

    Tried different versions of Java and the same things continue to happen.

    Everything is set to "Always active" and no problem with all the other sites using Java sign ins... sooooo... I think there must be something with the site Web of POGO.

    Thanks again and lets consider cela an issued in FireFox is closed.
