Break the DVD recorded by a friend hol' images in individual images

How to break a recored DVD friend Holiday Photos in individual to integrate into my video images

The best bet would be to ask your friend for copies
original digital images. If this is not possible...
screenshots can be your answer but the resolution
will not the same for the original photos.

There are many ways to make the video screenshots...
the info is a method...

The free VLC Media Player can play your DVD and
It has an option to make the screenshots that you can
Save as JPG files.

(FWIW... it's always a good idea to create a system)
Restore point before installing software or updates)

VLC Media Player
http://www.videolan.org/

For the installer for your screen Capture... Open VLC and
Reach... Tools / Preferences / video button / video
Instant image section.

In the directory field... Search for and select a folder
to save your captures po (for example... you could
Create a new folder on your desktop and select)

TO... Prefix... check the box... Sequential numbering.

TO... Format, choose JPEG or PNG.

Finally... on the left, click on the Save"" button.

Now... Play the video and pause by pressing on your
SPACEBAR when you see a screen you want to capture.

To capture the screen... type...  SHIFT + S

Press space to advance to the next photo...
ect... etc...

  • How to connect my pc to the dvd recorder to project on my TV?

    Hello

I have a Toshiba laptop with Win7 installed and I would like to connect it to my TV. The thing is that my TV (flat screen Philips crt) does not have a HDMI connection, but it is connected to my recorder DVD (Sony), which has a HDMI connection port. What I would like to make, and I tried to do, is to connect with the PC on the DVD and then project HDMI cable to my TV. Of course, my TV is set to 'See' the DVD to the right path. Usually, I do the same thing when I connect my camcorder to the DVD project my recordings on the TV screen, but it does not work with the HDMI connection.

    Does anyone have suggestions, ideas?

    Thank you very much!

Maybe not, but did the Sony HDMI input and output?

It seems, at least that I misread, that some Sony DVD have only HDMI out (apparently), this one for example - http://www.sony.co.uk/product/dvd-player/dvp-sr760h/technical-specifications#tab as in "output HDMI 1 (rear)"

  • Is it better to slow down the DVD recorder for best results?

I read somewhere that it is better to slow down your burner DVD 16 x, 2 x or 3 x for best results.

    Isn't anyone agree with this?

I burned several disks now and had trouble with them. (using less expensive DVD-R discs)

I also heard that I should use DVD + R.

    Dano

I use high quality DVD + R media and burn at a speed included between 2 and 4 X. Didn't have a bad burn in the last 4 years.

Also in the past a marginal DVD burner (was running out) was also a headache for a short period of time.

  • vibrations in the dvd recorder

I get a vibration in my DVD drive preinstalled. It has been like this since it was new. 9 out of 10 CD / DVD will have this vibration. It is not horizontal mounted vertical if it makes a difference. I tried all the different discs and they all have a vibration. It can be felt in the computer and can be heard as a low hum through the desktop computer.

    FYI

I'm wrong about the vibration in any position. The vibration disappeared when the computer laying on its side. I've only tried a few discs, but they were all smoothly when the player is in a horizontal position. I do not end contact HP and they were very fast and we will send another DVD drive in a few days. I hope that the new run a little better in a vertical position.

Once again, thank you to you both for your input.

  • How to burn a DVD in first Elements 8 to play on the DVD recorder.

I use first Elements 8 with Windows 7, i760 quad core and 8 GB RAM. When I burn a project to a disc, it will play on this PC, but the drive is not recognized on my XP PC, or my DVD burner. My guess is that I burn like a HD DVD but can't see any way to change this. Can someone point me in the right direction please?

Geoff, I think you're chasing the wrong questions. The less likely it's Premiere Elements is the production of unreadable discs.

Did burn you your DVD files to a folder on a hard drive, rather than directly on a disc?

Have you tried to use DVD-r or DVD + r instead of DVD - RW (which cannot read many DVD players)?

Your source files - no matter where they come from - has no effect in your DVD playback. Once it has been converted, it is a matter of your disk drive, playback of your disc. If that is not the case, you must troubleshoot if this problem is a problem with the discs themselves, a problem with your DVD drive, or a problem or a problem with your burner.

Combustion in a folder on your hard drive will eliminate the Premiere Elements as the cause of the problem. If the program can produce a VIDEO_TS folder full of VOB files, then you know that the problem is in your disks or your hardware.

  • Question: How can I format a DVD to use on the computer that they had already been used on a DVD recorder to disc progs TV one

Hello.. Can someone help please, I have a lot of DVD + RW and DVD - RW Traoré were used to record TV programs... and the DVD recorder to initialize before use when I try to use them on my drives it dose does not format and they need to be formatted re I do not know how... Help please John Cheers

    Hi John;

What format are the programs being recorded in? Your medial player is probably missing the right codec. Usually, when this happens, you will get a pop up window in which Windows give the possibility to provide web support. If you click web support, a page opens that gives you the file format.

  • Is there a view/windows photo editor 8 and the DVD burner?

Is there a view/windows photo editor 8 and the DVD burner?

I am new to Windows 8.  I try to be positive and I hope that learning to use it in the coming year.

In Windows 7, there was a nice photo viewer/editor that let me also arrange slide shows, add music and burn the DVD the same.

Is there something like that in Windows 8, or possibly a download?

    Thank you, Lee

In regards to Yes Photo Viewer, Windows Photo Viewer is included in 8.0/8.1 0r Windows, you can install the latest version of Windows Essentials. With regard to the DVD recorder, that she was abducted by design, you can buy Windows Media Center to 10,00 US $ if you have Pro version or update Propak for US $100.00. Otherwise, there are many others, burning options - PowerDVD from Cyberlink is my choice.  Hope this helps and if you need help please post and we will be happy to help you.

  • How do I finalize the dvd with Windows 7?

Hi anyone know how to finalize a DVD data (format mastered) burned with the Explorer of Windows 7? From the link below that looks like Windows 7 would only close the session, but not finalize the DVD, and I see no option for this. I want to finalize the DVD, so no files will be able to add to the disc.

If it is not supported by Windows 7, is there any 3rd party software that can finalize the DVD burned with Windows 7 ISO image format?

  • I backed up the files on a DVD of a XP OS to put on a 7 OS but the record shows that the data on the DVD is corrupted

I backed up the files on a DVD of a XP OS to put on a 7 BONE, but the record shows that the data on the DVD is corrupted. I have run some recovery on the DVD programs and even if she shows that 2.3 GB have been used they are unable to find the data

    * original title - I need fast help please *.

How is not have you backed up the files?  You just burn it to a CD or did you use the 'NT backup' program of Windows XP?  I don't think that the Windows XP Backup program is compatible with the Windows 7 backup program.  The following link contains an article that explains this condition:

    "Windows 7 backup XP restore"

If you simply copied the files on the CD/DVD, then it is possible the program that copied the DVD not to "finalize" the DVD.  If you can play the DVD on the computer that created it, but cannot on another computer, then this is probably the case.  If this is the case, then put the disk into the computer that created and put in place the program that burned and look under the 'Tools' menu for an option "Finalize"... and do it.
