Broken page link

I have a page called index.asp (code attached) with several links to other pages on my site. Everything works except a line 61: < a href = "Response.asp" > click here < /a > who is supposed to take the user to another page. The page of the Response.asp file is in the same directory as all the other pages. It passes the validation of the link with Dreamweaver, open the page when done. I also checked that permissions are set correctly. On the browser, however, this is a dead link and behaves as plain text.

I've done this hundreds of times without this problem. What in the world I am doing wrong?

Has it done--I resized the div do not overlap in the other section of the table and the problem is solved. Thank you!
