Broken touchscreen on excite Pure AT10-1-104

I compressed excite Pure AT10-1-104 with broken touch screen.
The price of this tablet 250 euro.
Replacement of that screen is more than a new.

Is there a solution to replace only the touch screen (not the lcd screen)?

As you already said above, the repair costs would be higher than buying a new device.

I think it would be possible to replace the screen, but the question is: you want to spend a large amount of money to fix it?

If I were you, I would not try to fix it. I would try to sell it on ebay or similar platforms and would try to get a 2nd unit work.

    I guess that is not possible because you don't have root rights.

    As much I know "App to SD card" feature doesn't is not supported by Android as default option and I think this is the reason why this option is not available on this Toshiba excited Pure.

    I have one hot pro. The front screen is cracked (glass only not LCD). Anyone know if it is possible to have this problem? Or if not where can I buy a replacement scanner to fit me?

    I looked on ebay and amazon but you can't see scanners for the Pure template - would this work on the pro at all.

    It was a gift for my son, any advice would be really appreciated.

    Excite Pro (AT10LE-A) and seems to excite Pure (AT10-A-104) in support of the same size of 10.1 screen but I don't very well if the two supports exactly the same digitizer of m.

    New Tablet's battery must be charged for a short period in order to on the tablet.
    Keep it connected then press and hold button power 5 sec long.

    You can also check if you would be able to get the restore menu.
    Press and hold the power button and the volume up button at the same time.

    My daughter has recently dropped our Tablet and we needed to have the fixed micro-USB port.

    The other day I noticed that once more it seems to be a problem: the device is not a cable when it is plugged in to charge and it does not appear on the PC when it is attached. In addition, it wouldn't connect to an external USB.

    I have a similar problem, but my AT10-A Tablet does not fall... in fact I have not test the SD port, but for sure the micro-USB port is having a problem: it does not recognize the Chargers and USB connections with my laptop. To the point where it says 5% battery. I'll try to keep it connected to the charger, even if the Tablet does not seem to see it.

    How can I test if the battery is really in charge?

    I bought two excite Pure AT10-A-104 in November 2013 as birthday gifts. #After 3 days the first tablet refuses to charge the battery more than 30% and showed "Charge AC unknown" in the window of battery within the "Settings" area, even when the USB charger is not plugged in.

    The dealer agreed there was a fault and has replaced immediately.
    Unfortunately the supplied replacement unit also failed for the same reason after three days.
    The dealer said once more it was defective and he should be deported for repair.
    I protested against this offer fiercely on the ground that it was a replacement unit and a few days old.

    I pointed out that he showed the same fault as the original excite Pure AT10-A-104.
    Reluctantly, they gave me a credit note for the value excited, whereupon I bought another piece of equipment.

    The second bought at the same time excite Pure AT10-A-104 developed a similar fault even after a week, i.e. would not charge or wouldn't show the "pulsed" "Battery" load the image on the screen when you plug the USB charger unless I plugged and plugged into the charger of 20 or even 30 times.

    The excited would then charge the battery to only 2% and gave three minutes of use before powering down. Fortunately, I was able to assign a 'Factory Reset' now the 'Volume Up' and the button / stop together but that doesn't change anything.
