• Not applied to all the selected images metadata changes

  I have 2 problems.

  When I'm in the lightroom library (3.5), I want to change the time of the capture of several photos, apply keywords.

  However, when I perform one of these actions, the changes are only applied to the image displayed in the image "brighter highlighted", not all that are selected.

  Is there a setting I'm missing?  I can't understand why it does not work.

  Also, I aplogize if my search skills are weak, and this has been covered already.  I tried to see if this question has been answered before posting.

  You must be using grid to apply metadata to all of the selected images, otherwise LR only apply it to the image displayed in the main area. You can also on AutoSync swith in the library.

• Cannot change the metadata in the grid of the library through several selected Images

  This was bugs me for some time. It started there when I did a CC updated a few versions (about 2015.2, I think). I wrote chalked it up to a bug that they would fix it soon, but it has not been resolved.

  Since I started using Lightroom 2, I used to be able to select several images in the grid view library and then modify the metadata in the Panel to the right and he would write to all. For example, I select 12 photos and set the title information and location. So when I watched each picture they would have the new title & location applied to them.

  After a CC update I lost this ability - metadata only, can I change through selected images is using keywords.

  Because I've lost this ability, I serve the copy metadata (SHIFT-ALT-CMD-C) and paste (SHIFT-ALT-CMD-V) to change the metadata in multiple images, but it's a clunkier and more time-consuming method. I really liked being able to hold down the Command or SHIFT and select several images to change all their metadata quickly.

  Could someone help me? Am I missing some setting or preference?

• JPEG image is displayed in the selected image files folder

  When the discovery of the computer and selecting the image file folder - I use to get the small real individual images of each image in the folder without having to enter in the Windows Photo Gallery.  Now, I have only an icon, the same as that for each of the images and the only way I can see that the actual image is to select a specific icon and hope that is the image I'm looking for.  Can someone tell me how I can get all the individual photos in the folder of image file to display when I select that folder?

  I first suggest you to change the display of the photo icons folder type medium or large icons and check if that helps.

  To do this, follow these steps:

  Open the photo folder. Click view > select icons medium or large icons.

  Make sure that default programs > associate a file or protocol type with a program, file types .bmp, .ico, DIBs, .jfif, .jpeg, .jpe, .png, .png, .tiff, .tif, .wdp file names must have the default program like Windows Photo Gallery.

  Otherwise, select the type of file name, click on change program and browse to choose as default Windows Photo Gallery.

  Additionally, set the global folder options

  To specify the global settings that apply to all folders, follow these steps:

  1. Click Start, click Control Panel, and then double-click Folder Options.
  2. On the general tab, click the options you want.
  3. In the view tab, click the options you want.
  4. Click OK.

  Note To restore the default settings for all folders, click restore defaults on the general tab or on the view tab.

  Use the same display settings for all folders

  You can apply the same view settings to all folders on your computer. You cannot apply the same view settings for all folders, images icons, toolbar settings or tasks folder. To apply the same view settings to all folders, follow these steps:

  1. Locate and open the folder which includes the display setting you want to use for all folders.
  2. On the Tools menu, click Folder Options.
  3. On the view tab, click apply to all folders.
  4. Click Yes, and then click OK.

  Note To reset all folders to the default display settings, repeat these steps, but click reset all folders in step 3.

  Go to your browser, Options, General Properties. Now, you will see where you can change things. I have mine to column view, global Serif, size by default and Minimum value 8. Experiment and see what you come up with.

  Hi all, I have a pavilion laptop g6 - 2253ca who works with a windows 8 (64-bit). I have a strange problem since this morning and an error msg "selected image is not authenticated to. "press on enter continue ' that appears when I try to start. I have not installed program on my computer before it happens. I just sailed on the Internet and all of a sudden the screen is grey and the msg appeared on this subject.

  I went on several forums for information on this subject. That's what I did:

  -hard reset
  -Restart and boot into BIOS
  -Disable secureboot and enable legacy initialization
  -Press F10 to save and exit BIOS

  -Restart

  -the system asked me to enter a digit of 4 password and press ENTER to apply the changes

  -done, but I got stuck another MSG: "no boot device, insert the boot disk and press any key.

  Not able to find something else to move to another service I thought that maybe the value default bootable device was not the HARD disk if:
  -I restart and boot into the boot F9 Manager
  -does not not the same msg (no boot device, insert the startup disk and press a key) is displayed.

  Try to run the auto repair using the F11 Recovery Manager, but I can't start on it during startup.

  So, what should I do now? I am really disappointed...

  Try loading at F2 run check disk test hard if that passes you will need a recovery disk. If the hard drive is not detected reinsert the disc hard try to rerun the test if you have the same hard disk problem that went wrong to replace the drive. Please call HP technical support check for warranty and the part replaced.

• HP Pavilion G6-2292SA: selected image is not authenticated

  A few months ago my laptop came with the message 'selected image is not authenticated to' but I just left him because I was in the middle of loads of deadlines United and had no time to try to sort them. I turned on my laptop about once or twice since then to see if there is no change, but he always showed the same message. When I turned it on today to try to sort it's just come up with a white screen, the black light is turned on and when I press like f10 things happens at the bottom of the screen with "F10"... BIOS Setup Options"but that's all that I can see, I can't seen of these 'options '. Pleaaaase help

• I don't know how to access the online interface to change settings with WCG200

  With my old router I just typed something in the address bar of my browser to access the securtity settings, and I read with this WCG200 router I need to type my ip address in the address bar, but I still get nothing. I can put other peoples what IP I will be asked to enter a name and a password, and put in my own IP gives me nothing, but a page load error.

  I'm trying to open a port like I did with my old router, but I can't do it with this one. Any help would be appreciated.

  You must type the IP address of the WCG200 and not the IP address of the computer connected to the network.

  To find the IP address of the WCG200 you must click on start > all programs > Accessories > guest... A black box will appear (command prompt)... In the command prompt window type ipconfig and press "Enter"... Look for Ethernet adapter Local Area Connection address IP, subnet mask, and default gateway...

  The default gateway address is the IP address of the WCG200...

• Photoshop CS6 - command "open the first image to apply settings" does not - panasonic RAW

  I tested the two raw Panasonic GH4 and G7 files. In both cases the Image Processor passes right through without stopping at the window of Camera Raw - raw files even if the "first Open image to apply settings" is checked. Canon's RAW files and Nikon behaves as usual. I use Photoshop CS6 on Windows7 and Camera Raw 9.1.1. Is it a known - problem anyone know a fix?

  The problem is RW2 is a new RAW file format and not exists in the CS6 calendar.   Adobe does not refresh the old version of their software.  However, you can resolve this problem. Change of line 115 of file "Image Processor.jsx" Add RW2 as this:

  Hi, everybody, this may seem a simple operation but I tried several times and did not change a theme image (the little icon to the left with the title of the URL), see the icon 'B'.

  1. I went to the theme change theme 101, the last section is 'use a custom image', I changed it to mine and the pages still use the 'B' icon

  2. I find the icon ' bootstrap - icon.png "and replaced it with my image with the same name, still no change

  I missed something obvious?

  A custom Image theme appears in the display of the icon of the page of the theme of shared components.

  The small picture in the browser's address bar is a favicon, which can be implemented in the APEX page template.

  Create icon in ICO format image, upload it to your image folder or the APEX repository and add

  in the element of the required page templates, change the href URL for your applications.

  If you have only a single application / want the same icon for all your applications and you have access to the folder root of your site, you can simply locate the favicon.ico in the folder root without add link shortcut for page templates icon.

  If using the fonts system or effects then they are pixelated, which would export the text as image so you can't edit as text. You can try to use web fonts.

• Blue placeholder covers the selected image when in the Module development only

  Hello world!  Today, I applied the update to Lightroom CC to my creative cloud subscription.  At the opening of the CC in Lightroom, I improved catalogue existing images to the new file format.  But when in the develop Module, I am unable to view the selected image because it is covered with a blue placeholder? When in the library Module, I can see and change the image, but not when I'm in the develop Module.  Can you tell why this is please?  Thank you!

  

  Apparently disable hardware acceleration in Edit-> preferences did the trick...

• Cannot select Images of the files after import

  Hello.

  I'm new to Lightroom.  I created a catalog last night by import (add) approximately 33 000 existing images to my hard drive.  They are organized into folders by date.  For some reason, I can select folders and Images in the left panel of all records before a certain date, but may not for files after a certain date.  No idea what's going on.  Maybe gone bad import?  If I click on a problematic file the Image will change in the little window above the list of records, but not in the main window of the plant.  Thanks for the help!

• How can I take a single selected image to a slide show to move to another page?

  I have a slideshow of images from which a user must select a (for example, the image that is featured in a lightbox after successively the thumbnail) and then go to another page for more details on this image, with the same image again, and where I want to incorporate some html to provide more options based on the selected image. How to pass the name of the object from one page to another? How do I detect that a user has selected an image?

  I tried to place each image in the table light as a hyperlink to a new page and also tried to settle his legend as a hyperlink, but none of these ideas seem to work (at least in the preview).

  Any suggestions please? I work in Muse CC 2014.

  Creating a hyperlink from the text of the legend should work. Try the preview: file/preview in the browser to test Site.

  (I tested it using Preview and file/Preview Site in the browser and it made a link to the page that I've assigned)
