  Hi all, I have a pavilion laptop g6 - 2253ca who works with a windows 8 (64-bit). I have a strange problem since this morning and an error msg "selected image is not authenticated to. "press on enter continue ' that appears when I try to start. I have not installed program on my computer before it happens. I just sailed on the Internet and all of a sudden the screen is grey and the msg appeared on this subject.

  I went on several forums for information on this subject. That's what I did:

  -hard reset
  -Restart and boot into BIOS
  -Disable secureboot and enable legacy initialization
  -Press F10 to save and exit BIOS

  Not able to find something else to move to another service I thought that maybe the value default bootable device was not the HARD disk if:
  -I restart and boot into the boot F9 Manager
  -does not not the same msg (no boot device, insert the startup disk and press a key) is displayed.

  Try to run the auto repair using the F11 Recovery Manager, but I can't start on it during startup.

  So, what should I do now? I am really disappointed...

  Try loading at F2 run check disk test hard if that passes you will need a recovery disk. If the hard drive is not detected reinsert the disc hard try to rerun the test if you have the same hard disk problem that went wrong to replace the drive. Please call HP technical support check for warranty and the part replaced.

  I just removed the stock HARD disc that came with my M4-1015 x and now I am trying to install windows 7 on the SSD that I replaced it with. However, when you start up I get the message "the selected boot image is not authenticated to. "Press on < enter > to continue" when the laptop tries to read the operating system from the disk.   If your battery off not easily with a lock at the back of the laptop, you can hold the power button for 30 sec with the power cord removed to do the same.

  Try the following.

  Judgment of the laptop.

  Click next to the ESC key as soon as you press the power button to enter the Boot Menu, and then select the Bios Menu ( f10 ).

  Under the System Configuration tab, expand the Boot Options Menu.

  Select 'Clear all secure startup keys' and click Ok

  If you still receive the error, return to the Bios Menu, System Configuration tab and expand the Boot Options Menu.

  So I had this frustrating thing for a while. When I put my selection tool a video file at first to move to the side or another layer and as soon as, like moving the selection tool a bit, he places automatically the video one layer under my selection tool... So I have to move the selection up to a length of layers tool to adjust it to the left and right on the timeline... Just a fight. I wish that the selection tool has not changed the layer of videos when I moved it left and right... Just stick with the images that I am setting on the im adjustment layer.   Went on the Chat with Adobe and they solved the problem via remote access.

  First on erase my personalized workspaces closed first pro. Then went to my "documents" (I have a mac) 'Adobe' and then click 'Premiere Pro' and moved three files named "6.0" "9.0" and "10.0" in a new folder, that they named "Od." Finally they opened back first. When the box came to put everything in place, they went up to the top of the window and deselected "import the project workspace" under "workspaces". I have opened a project and it fixed the problem. I had to make a new workspace and change some shortcuts custom back, but other that that, it was back to normal.

  You must be using grid to apply metadata to all of the selected images, otherwise LR only apply it to the image displayed in the main area. You can also on AutoSync swith in the library.

  If you ask how a file on the remote site via FTP without FTPing any dependent files?  That the answer is Yes, you can do this by changing the SITE > dependent files: option in the PREFERENCES to enable the option "prompt on put/check-in."  The next time you download a file, you will be asked if you want to also download dependent files.  If you say NO and check the don't ask again option, then you will always simply load the file and not the dependents. You can change it back at any time by changing the preferences of this setting.
