Brush problem

I'm trying to start a complex drawing on illustrator stylised fire. But I have a problem: my brush tool exposes some stubborn problems. She seems prefer the parameters of the document starts by: «5pt.» round' brush 'Uniform' width, PT. 1 thickness, 100% opacity. Any brush stroke I draw after setting these parameters automatically restores the original settings, and I end up having to adjust the lines individually once I created each one of them. But the prevailing concern is that for some reason, it won't allow me to choose the brush of"base" when I am using the Brush tool AT ALL! I need someone to tell me how to clear these problems quickly.

PS: I can't find the cat Page Adobe online, can anyone help me with this problem as well?

Really no need a brush for these traits however.

It's just a standard stroke with a profile and a gradient applied.

Take the pencil tool, make sure that 'New Art has basic appearance' is NOT checked in the menu of the appearance... Panel and then draw paths to your heart's content.

  • Healing Brush problem

Have a little problem with the new version of Photoshop CC 2015 (I wish there was a way back to CC, 2014)

In addition to the error messages that I receive on my desktop and laptop computer, I now have a little thing with the "Healing Brush" tool.

When I used the Healing Brush tool on its own layer there is not a problem, but on a separate l I get points around the healed area.

Only the heal brush is used on this layer, I know that you can not use the Healing Brush tool on layers where you used the Clone Stamp tool. (I think it's just a bug that will always be there)

With this picture I want to only heal on in small areas so zoomed in far enough.

The problem appears when the 'GPU' acceleration is enabled or disabled in Adobe/preferences/Performance.

Hope that somewhere there is a solution, because it's no funny you have to heal points immediately after you made a cure of operation brushuse.

    Thank you

  • PS CC2015 Healing Brush problems?

PS corrector CC2015 doesn't seem to work in the same way as it did in earlier versions of Photoshop. It behaves almost like the clone tool. It is more a smooth correction as it does not seem to analyse and provide the correction as I mentioned. I tried almost everything to fix the problem, except Photoshop reset it starts. I went back to my Macbook Pro to see if I imagined the question. I use a desktop Mac computer and my system was working perfectly until I updated to 2015. It's driving me crazy.

    Am I missing something?

Have you updated to the 2015.0.1 update? We have corrected the problems with artifacts on transparent areas with a soft brush. Let me know if you still have problems after the update to 2015.0.1

  • Camera Raw adjustment brush problem v8.7.1

I use Adobe Bridge and my problem is in Adobe Camera Raw 8.7 and 8.7.1 himself. Click brush position slider and the actual surface that will be painted is not in the same area. As you can see in the photo below, the actual painted area is compensated on a cm off the slider you click position. Only the adjustment brush is affected. What is more, the cursor is bigger than usual and the color turns to black instead of white. Hope someone can help give a solution or if all goes well, Adobe may solve the problem.

    ACR Cursor 1.jpg

    Hi all

I found the bottom of the problem. The problem is the font size in the operating system that has been increased by more than 100%. To resolve this problem, change the font size in the operating system to 100%. After the change, disconnect and connect the PC and the cab problem has been resolved. Hope it helps someone in the future, who has encountered this problem. See the steps below.

I really have to thank you everyone trying to help solve this problem.

  • Masking with brush problem

In the mask with white brush it is erased parts with black reappear, but especially the black value is not more black, looking more closely I see 'tiles' background... when I use the Lasso tool on the same area and "delete" having put in black color, black on the image is 'black' once again... is possible to get 'black' with brush too?

Maybe I searched keywords wrong or don't know what to look for, but I have not found anyone asking about this problem.

    Thank you

In fact he did not me to do this, I would have only the cursor to grayscale while working with a mask, BUT... as I tried it, I clicked on 'samples' just to see what for and there I found something like graduated colors, including as white with shades of gray, and when I clicked on "whitest whites. It worked just like I wanted, so now I can achieve "true black" when brushing mask back, so thank you for your help, without you I probably would never try this option, please

Are you sure that the activation of the tool? What happens when you click on the image in the main window? When you click on the off/on power tool you should see a pin code? It seems that you might have in the basic Panel.

  • Clone Stamp and Healing Brush problem, please help!

Hi, I'm new to the forum but I have been using Adobe creative suite for some time now.  As described in the title of the thread, I am having a problem with my photoshop clone stamp and Healing Brush tool that I can't fix on my own. I searched on the internet all day, scroll on many other posts, but I can't seem to find anyone else who has similar problems as I have here.

It's a little hard to explain but the question I have, is that when I go to use my healing brush or Clone Stamp tool, layer I work if it is a flat or normal background editable layer get displaced as soon as I press the option button to make a choice, and when I go to install in the region using these tools it is then as I duplicated the entire layer and drag it around of the screen, even if no copy / paste was filed.  All my other tools are functioning normally and I wasn't having this problem last time, that I have worked on anything in photoshop.

    I am running:

    Mac OSX 10.5.8

    CS4 extended version 11.0.2

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

Your probably see the source of duplication of overlay.

Go to window > uncheck Source of duplication and either:

Display the overlay for no overlay or check CRT to display the overlay

cut to the size of the brush.

  • Lightroom CC (2015) adjustment brush problem. Adjustments before brushing showing upwards.

Thus, it seems that something's wrong here. Every time I have activate the adjustment brush and make adjustments before brush in the base Panel, their impact on photography in the world, even before I paint. I feel like I'm missing something from earlier versions. You should be able to activate the brush, dial in your settings and nothing happens to the photo UNTIL you brush, not before. To make matters worse, if I try to use the adjustment brush after global settings, it changes just all the global settings and the overall look of the picture.

    Thoughts?

    Hi Matt Hensler,

It seems that you have used the exposure in the base Panel slider, allowing to apply the exposure to the entire image.

Please click on the drop down button highlighted in the image and make the changes here to apply on the part selected by the adjustment brush.

Please let us know if that helps.

  • Brush preview problem

    Hello world

When you draw with the Brush tool, it displays the preview that you draw? In Flash CC, I chose a large brush, so I drew but the preview is bad. The brush as slider is superior to a brush preview. You can answer me how stop showing a fake overview brush? It's the video:

  • Brush selection

No matter what means of thoughts or solutions.

I am a long term user PS and is now using an EOS5Dmk2, I've finally just loaded CS4.

So far, everything seems to work OK, except for the brushes.

Whenever I select a brush, but as a Clone or a healing tool, or just a brush I get only an indication of full circle up to size 60, between 60 and 80 the circle starts to break top and any expansion it disappears completely, which is incredibly frustrating.

I guess it's just something that I have not chosen.

    Ideas please

    Best regards

    David

You update your video drivers?  Brush problem very probably related to a video card problem.

Post edited by: curt or access to the site manufacturers web or go to Device Manager and find the video card and from there.

  • Checker task, creating artifacts / white strips!

The edges of my spot corrector is creating white bands and artifacts around the edge of the brush (describing where I'm brushing). The same glitch that happens with the clone and stamp. The amount of glitch seems to vary from very low to annoyingly obvious. The white outline seems to appear after I have let go of the brush.

    I took action:

    • restart the computer
    • upgrade Photoshop to CC, 2015
    • deactivation of the GPU
    • create a new layer and starting over
    • directly change the background layer instead of an empty layer "current and below" value
    • same question as you use the tablet or mouse entry

Everyone knows this glitch? I desperately need this to disappear as soon as possible! Thank you!

  • A MISALIGNMENT OF THE SLIDER IN CAMERA RAW?

    Hello

I am a new user of photoshop.  I discovered a problem in Adobe Camara Raw and I need help to fix it.

I use Windows 8.1 on a Microsoft Surface Pro 3 with a processor 1.7 ghz Intel Core i7 and Intel HD 5000 graphics card.

I'm also using an updated version of photoshop Camera Raw 8.7.1 CC

When you use Camera raw, my cursor seems to be turned off before making any adjustment "Brush".

The attached picture shows a screen of my camera raw program Cap.  I've marked the cursor cross location of RED hair, which focused showed up in the center of the eye to the photo.  I use the exposure adjustment brush to show the outline of the brush.  When I click on the mouse button, the center of the brush is off.  the real brush stroke is below and to the right of the cross.

I guess that's not normal.  Can someone help with this question or make a suggestion on how to get my brush to focus on the real target?

As you can imagine, it's pretty frustrating when making adjustments.

    Thank you
