BSOD 0X000000F4 CRITICAL_OBJECT_TERMINATION

I have frequent BSOD at random moments. Currently in safe mode.

I already uninstalled the software installed recently, checked the connection of hardware, reinstalled and updated all my drivers, run a complete antivirus scan, but still fail to fix.

    Hi Jon,

  • After uninstalling and reinstalling 42.0 FF, I get BSOD 0x000000F4 error

FF has been excruciatingly slow and constantly crashed. I tried to reset, but does not solve the problem, so I did a uninstall and reinstall. Now, I get the BSOD every day, stating that "a process or thread crucial to system operation has unexpectedly released or terminated" and noting that the problem is often caused by the problem with newly installed hardware or software. FF is the only new software that I installed it. I have not installed new hardware. The stop error is always the same: 0x000000F4. Thanks for your suggestions you may have.

Thanks for the suggestion, Kyle. I uninstalled and reinstalled FireFox and did not get a BSOD. It only 24 hours since I've done this, but so far, everything is fine. Thanks again!

  • T610 get BSOD 0x000000f4 (0 x 00000003) random

I have several T610 getting random blue screen of death 0x000000f4 (0 x 00000003) after unused thin client for a few hours.  Win7e

I run the HP image, the latest version of the BIOS with the latest USB 3.0 drivers.

Anyone who has experienced this problem?

    Thank you!

Be the initiator of this thread, I thought I would mention how I got my problem to help someone else that migth have this problem.

3 - 4months ago, we loaded our thin client qty16 T610 users do NOT use the blue behind the thin client usb ports.

After doing this, BSOD is gone!

Usb ports those blue, you guessed it, USB 3.0 ports, seem to create the BSOD on our end.  (even with the latest driver dated July 2013)

Today, I have a user with a BSOD.   Of course when I asked them to see if they were using "blue port" the answer is Yes.  Someone had installed a mouse without a wire on the USB3.0 ports blue over the weekend.  I removed, put it on the regular USB2.0 ports (black ports) and restarted.   Everything is good now.  (and I'll report if the BSOD appears again)

I have a Satellite Pro M30 PM715. I installed Windows XP Professional SP2. The problem is that I have random BSOD. Most of the time is a daily BSOD... I did a virus scan and nothing was found.
Do you have any ideas about this?

    Hello

I found an interesting document from Toshiba on their homepage "information" updated Microsoft Windows XP SP2.

    Go to http://eu.computers.toshiba-europe.com

then download and drivers and choose your machine.

In this document, we could see the Driver after the upgrade to SP2. Maybe if you bring drivers and tools updates your BSOD is gone!

With only a minidump, it is impossible to say what caused the end of winlogon. If I had to guess, it's probably a software conflict. However, if I had a kernel image, I would have a solid answer as well as the question of whether or not there is the possibility of a rootkit. With only a minidump, it is impossible to say.

For now, we will do the following:

    1. make sure that your Asmedia ASM-106 x Sata 6 G controller drivers are up-to-date.

    2 uninstall all Asus bloatware.

3 uninstall cFosSpeed - The Internet Accelerator, software bug.

If the above does not stop the breaks down, I'll need a kernel image.

  • Displaying the right information to get a BSOD error help

When your computer crashes and displays a blue screen there are often very valuable information about the photo that will allow users to help you solve your problem and to know what is causing this blue screen appears.

Looking at the image at the end of the article you will see two sections highlighted, you will always want to post this information in your forum thread when looking for help she will be the most critical part of troubleshooting. The top tells us what's happening and said background where it goes to. We have just responded to two of the most important issues when you try to solve a problem.

    What's not?

Where is the problem isolated to?

Most of the text is quite annoying, but if that's important to you then it may be important for us. We have all seen what looks like a BSOD, but we do not know what your BSOD.

There are more important questions that you can answer that will help your troubleshoot BSOD error message.

    1. What is your system brand and model? We know that you have an HP computer, but there are tons of computers. We need to know your specific model to ensure you use the appropriate drivers and we recommend the proper drivers.
    2. What is your version of Windows and the Service pack?
    3. Are you running a 64 bit or 32 bit OS?
    4. What is your Internet browser and version?
    5. Does your system use IDE or SATA disk drives?
    6. What virus protection software and current malicious software do you use? Is up to date?
    7. The issue occurred after an interruption of the power supply as an abnormal termination or power failure?
    8. What has changed recently?
    9. Does this happen often you can effectively reproduce the problem? If you can easily reproduce what steps can you take to reproduce the problem.

Wininit.exe is a windows process, but do not know why it causing the BSOD.

These accidents were related to the corruption of memory (probably caused by a driver).

Run these two tests to check your memory and find which driver is causing the problem.  Launch auditor.  You don't need to run memtest again unless the auditor is not the cause, or you want to.

If you are overclocking anything reset by default before running these tests.

I then reminded the same number and when they answered, I asked who I speak to people affected by the update from Ms.

The technology took my information and then remotely controlled my computer for AN HOUR.  He ran HiJack this.  He said that he found "stuff."  Said everything should be OK.

Well, since I had restored my computer to February 12, I have now several updates to MS waiting to be installed.

So - that of/do not install where the MS Updates?
    I'm sure now, you think?
All the places I should look in System 32 or the registry?

It depends on the timeline.  If the scanning and cleaning of malware that you listed was made after February 12, then you can still be infected due to the restoration of the system.
Therefore, I would say that you are running an analysis of potential threats, before installing the updates.   Also, take a look at this sticky post:

  • When I try and play games my computer crashes or I get BSOD with the error Stop: 0x000000F4.

Hello, I recently built a computer and installed all the software, drivers and updates of windows that I needed. Go and try to play games, I can play for a little bit. Then my computer crashes or I get BSOD with the error Stop: 0x000000F4. Generally before that happens, Skype will plant give me a message that says "error disk i/o" If that helps. How can I fix this problem so that this error does not happen again? It happened several times. I tried to reinstall the CMOS battery on the motherboard. I have the latest firmware of my SSD and drivers for my card mother and graphics card. My specs are:

    Windows 7 x 64
    I7 - 4770 k
    ASUS Z87 - a
Corsair Vengeance 8 GB 1600 Mhz
    Modular power supply Corsair HX750
    Liquid chillers H80i Corsair
    EVGA GTX Superclocked 760 ACX
Samsung 840 120 GB SSD (boot disk; the games installed on it)

    Hello

To help you, we will need files DMP to analyze what exactly happened at the time of the accident, etc.

If you don't know where the DMP files, here's how to get to them:
    1. go to the Windows\Minidump folder.
2 copy all the DMP files in the Minidump folder on your desktop and zip then those files.
3 download the zip containing the files DMP to Skydrive or a Web hosting of your choice and paste in your answer.

If you plan to use Skydrive, but do not know how to download it, please see the following:
    http://www.WikiHow.com/use-SkyDrive

Please note that all "cleaner" such as TuneUp Utilities, CCleaner, etc., default will remove files DMP when using because of their place too.

If your computer doesn't generate DMP files, follow these steps:

    1. start > type systemroot which should show the Windows folder, click it. Once inside this folder, make sure there is a Minidump folder created. If not, CTRL-SHIFT-N to create a new folder and name it Minidump.

    2. Windows key + key Pause. This should appear in the system. Click Advanced on the left system settings > advanced > performance > settings > advanced > make sure there is a check mark for "manage automatically the size of pagefile for all readers."

    3. Windows key + key Pause. This should appear in the system. Click Advanced on the left system settings > advanced > startup and Recovery > settings > failure > ensure there is a check mark next to "Write an event to the system log" > make sure that "automatically reboot" is unchecked.

Ensure that the partial memory image is turned on and make sure the path is % SystemRoot%\Minidump.

    4. check that the viewers is ENABLED:

Start > Search > type services.msc > on the name tab, search for Windows Error Reporting Service > if the service status is not started, then right-click and select start. Also to ensure that, under Startup Type set to automatic rather than manual. You can do this by right click, select properties and under general selection on 'Automatic' startup type and then click on apply.

If you can not get into normal mode to do this, please do so via Safe Mode.

    Kind regards

    Patrick

Well, it would be good to try to check the memory and hard drive for problems. It could be one of those who has devloped a fault and the origin of the problem. Definitely worth checking them out. Here is a link to help you do test the hardware using a program called ultimate boot cd.

  • BSOD on Windows 7 "KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR" and "CRITICAL_OBJECT_TERMINATION.

Hello everyone, I'm having a problem with my computer where it crashes frequently (about 2 or 3 times a day) usually after something as simple as look a PDFs or random navigation and I would be grateful to receive help to solve this problem.

Of all the BSOD, only three of them have generated the dmp, here attached files:

    https://onedrive.live.com/redir?RESID=B57DC5EDA9D56305%21281

I don't really know how to analyze the dmp files, so an explanation would be nice.

    Thanks in advance. o /.

  • BSOD issues before and after a clean windows 7 installed

Hey, I get BSOD issues after a clean install of windows and I also replaced my RAM with sticks again because I thought that my memory was damaged for some reason any. Is it possible that my hard drive is bad?

    Hello

Since you did a clean install this strongly points to material with only one
small chance, it is the BIOS, chipset drivers or others. Could be the hard drive, the
wiring for the hard drive or other hardware.

Check and reinstall the cards memory and cables (at both ends where possible) in fact
delete and replace - do not just tight. On a laptop computer on all you can do is reinstall it
memory and possibly check the connection/contacts on the hard drive. Memory could
be the problem, so if you have more than 1 stick swap them in and out to see if the
problem follows a stick or try the new memory. Antivirus/anti-spyware/security programs
have been known to cause or have a role in this matter.

More general patch updates day and low level chipset BIOS drivers and other software to control.

Also check the wiring on the hard drive.

    These can help:

Remove ALL power. Then carefully remove the cards one time and put them
back in their locations. Do the same for memory, then the cables. A coward or
corroded connection point may cause strange problems.

You may need to check with the mother system/card manufacturer or a computer
Shop (that makes its own service in the workshop).

    I hope this helps.
