To ensure the minidumps are enabled:
* Click Start, in the search box, type: sysdm.cpl, press ENTER.
* On the Advanced tab, click Startup and recovery... Settings button.
* Make sure that automatically restart is unchecked.
* Under the writing debugging information header, select image partial memory (256 KB) in the list box drop-down (varies from 256kb).
* Ensure to that small Dump Directory is listed as % systemroot%\Minidump.
* OK your way out.
* Reboot if changes have been made.
Please also run MSinfo32 and download the output as well.
To run MSinfo32 please go to start > run > MSinfo32
Go to 'file', 'save' and download the PDF is saved with the DMP

You have an "Old data Firefox" folder on the desktop?
If this is the case then you can try to restore the bookmarks from a backup in the folder bookmarkbackups.

Should not be whiney, but 2 - 3 times a year, these updates of FF make everything go haywire. I don't have the patience to go through all the questions and find solutions for them right now. I want to just go back to a working version, the version I had immediately before the 24th. But I don't know what version that was. I deleted the FF and installed 3.6.28, but it has even more questions. First, it's start when the app icon similar to compare darker with other applications and it has no problem with the update history. When I try to open it, google app did not answer and while I try to remove this application from usual way (hold up to jiggle) there is no suppression or 'x' icon displayed. What should I do for this? , I try to restore the backup, but it turns without result, and iTunes can not remove it. Hope anyone can find this solution.

Thank you for using communities Support from Apple. After reading your post, I understand that the apps that you have installed on your iPhone (for Google) will appear darker than others. You are unable to open this app and can not remove it. I have a lot of different applications on my iPhone, so I know it's important to be able to manage; I'd be happy to help you!
Please try the following steps in order, stopping when the problem has been resolved.
- Make sure that the application is not already open in the background. If this is the case, close it by following the instructions here: force a nearby application on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch
- Restart your iPhone by following the instructions in the following article: restart your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch
- Make sure your iPhone is running the latest version of the iOS software. The article found here will guide you through the update: update the iOS on iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch software
- Try to delete the application under settings > general > storage & use iCloud > storage management (storage).
If we delete the settings successfully, re-download the app on the App Store by following the steps in this article: download your latest purchases
- Back up your iPhone and then restore it to the factory settings. Instructions for backing up your iPhone via iTunes or iCloud cab can be found here: How to backup your iPhone, iPad and iPod touch
