BT stack disappears after a reboot.

In a Portege M200, I downloaded the version last toshiba BT stack (3.10). Everything is ok during installation. BT devices work properly (at least the helmet). When I turn on the pc again, all battery BT files disappear (seem properly uninstalled but I don't know why).

For your information after reboot, the "C:/program files/Toshiba/Bluetooth Toshiba Stack" file has no longer exists.

Any help is welcome.

Dario

Hello Dario,

Sorry but I do not completely understand you.

(seems properly uninstalled but I don't know why) did you remove it? Can you check please if battery Bluetooth is installed on your machine? It should be listed in Add / Remove programs. You can find it in the control panel.

  • Satellite A350 - 110 PSAL6E disappearing after every reboot Win7 card reader

Well, the title says it all.

As far as I know, that this model has a JMicron card reader - Windows Update installs its own drivers for it.
    I tried the drivers of * [HERE | http://eu.computers.toshiba-europe.com/innovation/download_driver_details.jsp?service=EU&selCategory = 2 & selFamily = 2 & selSeries = 153 & selProduct = 819 selSho 789 = rtMod & language = 13 & selOS = 29 & selType = 316 & yearupl = DST & monthupload = & dayupload = & useDate = null & mode = all Machines & search = & action = search & macId = & country = all & selectedLanguage = 13 & type = 316 & page = 1 & ID = 69749 & DISO = 29 & driverLanguage = 42] *.

The thing is: I install the drivers and perform a restart. After that, the card reader works perfectly. However, if I do another reboot it disappears and I have to install and reboot again.

Am I missing some other bits of software reviews? For anything else, I used the Toshiba Software Installer.

    Hello

You have not missed anything guy card reader controller driver is the only driver that controls the card reader.

I think that it of not a problem with the driver, but with the Windows operating system. I don't know if the update of Windows messed with something, but usually the update from Microsoft should not affect functionality of Mr. card reader that's why its odd to me that the driver does not work after restarting.

However, maybe you must first uninstall the card reader driver. This in Device Manager.
Mark the card reader and uninstall the driver. Reboot the laptop.
Then clean the operating system using CCleaner (freeware tool can be downloaded from different pages).

After the cleaning, restart the device and install the driver through the Device Manager. Reboot and test functionality.

    Good luck

  • ESXi some datastore disappear after host reboot (EMC VMAX Volumes)

    Hi all

We have a very strange behavior with our iSCSI EMC (VMAX) volumes are connected to our guests of ESXi (5.1 and 5.5). Some hosts have the cards for iSCSI Adapters Emulex, other software iSCSI cards. In both types of guests, we have the same problems.

This happens after we have a group of storage of the Exchange Management console to create and use the same iqn name groups (with the same entertainers who already have some other Volumes of another storage group), and then when you reboot a host, we cannot see most of the data warehouses more (some new, some old which come from different storage groups). I know that when restart us will clean up or close the iSCSI connections and with that data warehouses are not displayed, but the strange is that, if we opt for devices all Volumes are here (all hosts). But if we try to add, no Volumes show to add to the host.

I even try to change the on certain volumes alternating fixed to see if the problem, no luck. All the shows of path as being active and are green, so no problem here.

I even double check the configuration of Volumes and the connection (those that are visible and those is not visible) using 'list of world esxcli storage peripheral basis' and "'esxcli storage core device list d ' , but don't see anything different between them."

Trying to see anything about it in VMware, but has not found anything that is related to questions like that.

Any help or seen similar behavior will be a great help.

    Thank you

A size zero "LUN" may appear if you do not present a LUN with a host LUN ID 0 (zero) data. In this case, the LUN management (formerly LUN 'Z') appears as LUN 0.

Anyway, you said that you have submitted one of two pools of storage for the same hosts. How to set up the "host LUN ID" for the different LUN? Are these unique on two storage groups, or some of the LUNS presented by using the same host LUN ID?

Note: I'm not familiar with the VMAX, but I guess it's similar to a VNX.

Program (e.g. MS Word) icons, which I have added to the dock disappear after a reboot, although they are marked "keep in Dock".

Why and how can I solve this problem?

Try to restart the Dock using the following command in Terminal:

    Killall Dock

Log outgoing/incoming and test. If this does not work, you need to look in your user Library/Application Support/docking station for the .db. Use the Finder "Go to folder" command. Enter ~/Library/Applications Support/Dock.  Move the .db on your desktop.

Then try a reset of the docking station.

    Applications/Utilities/Terminal enter the command

Log out/in test. If it works fine, delete the .db from the desktop.

If the dock is the same, back up the .db you, crushing the latest.

    Help!

    Hi ad391970,

The reason for updates make changes on the computer would be some conflicting third-party programs or there might be a corruption in the Windows Update components.

I suggest that you try to install updates by disabling the third-party program conflict and check if it works.

To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows Vista by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

Perform the check and the clean boot if you have the problem.

    1. click on start, type msconfig in the search box and press ENTER.

    User account control permission

If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click on continue.

    2. in the general tab, click Selective startup.

    3. under Selective startup, clear the check box load startup items.

    4. click on the Services tab, select the hide all Microsoft Services check box, and then click Disable all.

    5. click on OK.

    6. When you are prompted, click on restart.

    7. after the computer starts, check if the problem is resolved.

If the problem is resolved to check what is the cause of the problem, referring to the link given below:

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929135

Reset the computer to start as usual

When you are finished troubleshooting, follow these steps to reset the computer to start as usual:

Click Start, type msconfig.exe in the start search box and press ENTER.

If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or click on continue.

On the general tab, click the Normal startup option, and then click OK.

When you are prompted to restart the computer, click on restart.

If the step above does not resolve the issue updates suggest that you try to reset the component of windows update and check if it works.

Check out the link below to find out how to reset the windows component update

How to reset the Windows Update components?

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/971058

If the step above does not resolve the question suggests that you check in a new user account if you are faced with a similar question. If a face similar to a new user account which means your other user account has been corrupted.

See the link below for screw a corrupt user profile.

  • All VM disappears after reboot

I installed the update of ESXi4 1 208167 and licensed with the free license. Today I wanted to reboot the host, so I suspended my 3 guests and rebooted. Reboot no guests were visible in the vSphere Client.

With the activated free license key, I have been unable to re - register the guests. I get the error

    Fault:

    SOAP fault:

    -

    Error string: error. RestrictedVersion.summary

    Lack of details: RestrictedVersionFault

With the trial by default ("no license key") license, I was able to save the guests. Fortunately, I still have until April to straighten out this mess.

My question: is this normal/expected behavior - as in, can I really expect to lose ALL my guests after a reboot of the ESXI4 host with the free license?

Not at all. You will need to add your virtual machines to the inventory (they really should not have disappeared, so I doubt that a reboot has occurred). Try to click the ESX, go to the Configuration tab, clicking on the storage option. Right-click your local data store, and the virtual computer records must be there. Enter each and righ click the VMX file for each virtual machine and add it to the inventory.

The fact that they disappear is something you'll have to study. In addition, VMs must be powered off/shutted down for ESX restart/stop, do not pause.

  • saved passwords Dungeon disappears when I reboot my MBP

There must be something wrong in my settings... don't know what it is though... Saved passwords disappear when I reboot my MacbookPro. I use Firefox 8.0.1

Do you hear the names and passwords in the password manager or do you mean that you are connected is no longer on to (remember to) Web sites after the closing and restarting Firefox?

There is a difference between remembering the name and the password in the password manager and a check box "remember me" on a web page.

The latter usually involves the creation of a special "remember me" cookie that is stored on your computer and which is sent to the server.

If that "remember me" cookie is deleted or is corrupted or is not send to the server, then the server remember that you and you must connect once again.
