I get only a quarter of a screen on Flash Player on Firefox.
Contains only the upper left quadrant of the screen of the Flash Player. The rest of the screen is blank or the original static image. This happens on YouTube and any Web site that has Flash Player content. The computer is a Macbook Pro of the retina using OSX 10.8.4. I uninstalled and reinstalled Flash Player (twice) and uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox. The problem does not occur when I use Safari.

Why do I get pop ups randomly to upgrade my adobe flash player in firefox?
Here is the link that is in the browser: Please update Adobe Flash Player
When it appears he then put a few seconds later with a file download here:http://secure.pn-installer4.com
I checked on netcraft.com and he said: it is owned by Amazon. So I'm a bit confused why they would ask for me to update. Amazon has Adobe?
When I looked I found sites calling a pop up virus and how to remove it. So, I wanted to get the subject by the creators.
Thanks in advance,
Robert
P. S.
Sorry if I put this in the wrong community.
There is no such thing as 'Flash Player Pro'; no Adobe, or anyone else.
These pop-up windows - up appears to be the result of a
- an infection of malicious software on your system
- a malware infection on a Web site you visit

It is very difficult to communicate with the creators of Trojans, viruses, or other malware.
The Adobe legal team may be able to have these sites down, but it won't be long until they pop up again under a different name.
The best you can do is to be vigilant and keep your system clean.

only a quarter of the screen appears when I play games
When I play the sims 2 on windows xp, you can see that a quarter of the screen and plays the game in full screen behind bars. I tried to change the resolution, but nothing works and you can not our association in the game options menu because you can not see. Please quick help
You can simply be low on memory, more power cpu as well.
for the most part, adding a graphics card to the motherboard will give the computer the extra to play games power.
If go shopping for graphics cards, make sure that you first figure out what type / style of Board slots are provided on the motherboard.
graphics cards are designed to adapt to certain locations on the motherboard.

I use the helper downloader (ver. 2.2)
When you save a video of WWII on my Windows 7 Desktop, during the period of the video, I get points at equal distance between the screen and flashing arrow as well. What is the problem with my download?Which may be caused by a problem with the codec that is used by this video and who is not taken care of correctly.
You can open this video in another video player to see if it works there?
What kind of video is it?

Flash Player works on Internet Explorer, but not Firefox. I am trying to install
Flash 10.3...There are two different versions of Flash, ActiveX for IE version and the version of the plugin used by most other browsers.
1. download the Setup file of Plugin Flash version here:
Adobe Flash - Plugin version.
Save it to your desktop.2. close Firefox using file > exit
Then check the Task Manager > processes tab to make sure that firefox.exe is closed.
{XP: Ctrl + Alt + Delete, Vista: Shift + Ctrl + ESC process tab =}3. then run the Flash configuration from your desktop file.
4. run Firefox and test your installation here: https://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/
- On Vista and Windows 7, you may need to run the installer of plugin as administrator by starting the installation program via the context menu if you do not get a UAC prompt for permission to continue (that is to say that nothing seems to be happening).
See this:

Green screen in Flash Player always not resolv
OK, really frustrated now. This Green screen piss me right now thing. I have a barely 2 months old new Toshiba Satellite with Windows 8.1. YouTube will sometimes play video and other times not. Facebook simply refuses and all I get is a green screen. When I got to the computer, it was fine, so I think it might be an update which is inconsistent with it. Has anyone actually got a proper reason, what is happening and a proper fix? I would like to know because short of doing a factory reset I can not understand it.
Hi Chris,
I appreciate your help. I indeed now resolved the case by resetting my laptop. He restored and the video works now. I is not even answer the original question of what has happened, but now at least I can view stuff again. Thanks again.

I recently installed Adobe Flash Player ActiveX 11 - 11.4.402.265 and when I open my Mozilla Firefox browser I get this message flashing on my screen: "Adobe Flash Player 11.4 r402 has stopped working" and then "Windows is checking for a solution"
It flashes several times then stops usually but not always.
It happens every time I try to open a new page.
I solved this problem by uninstalling Adobe Flash Player 11 and install Adobe Flash Player 10.3. However, now my IE browser again wants me to install Adobe Flash Player 11. Although I do not often use my IE browser, I DON'T have to use sometimes. Is there a Firefox 15.0 update to fix this problem?
First of all, the Flash of the IE is totally different than the flash used in Firefox. You can update one without affecting the other.
Now, there is a problem right now with Flash 11.3 and 11.4 in Firefox. Downgraded to 10.3 is an acceptable solution for the moment. Adobe publishes the updates (slowly) that solve the problems, but it is not a matter of time before they are all fixed.
Adobe Flash plugin has crashed - avoid that it happen
11.3 Flash does not load video in Firefox

Firefox does not apparently see that a high enough version of Adobe Flash is already installed (there is no downgrade). Other applications are able to run Flash without any problems.
The Flash player for Firefox is 10.2.159.1 that the fixed Zero Day exploit in the previous version, see: Adobe releases update of Flash Player Security.
What I suggest you do is to go to http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html and download Adobe Flash uninstaller, and that (first close Firefox). Then, go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ to obtain the current version.
Uninstaller will also uninstall IE8, so you'll have to use that to download and install it again I'm afraid. This is because the version of Firefox does not have the ActiveX control that is required to operate the Flash in IE8.

After you install the new version of Adobe Flash Player yesterday, Firefox would not charge most of the sites except in basic html, as I understand is the right term for all the lists in the text, especially on the left side of the screen. They open in Google Chrome and IE. I tried to restore to two days ago, today I uninstalled Firefox and re-installed, I have tried several possible solutions in the support forums, but nothing has worked. I prefer Firefox but it will fall if I can't get this resolved quickly. Note: I only start from the principle that the new flash player was to blame as it happened immediately after. I don't really know yet what he does, it's just one of those things that appears and says he has to be upgraded to the latest version from time to time.
The Flash player plugin allows certain types of media to be displayed in the web pages. Otherwise, you get an empty rectangle. Usually Flash would not hinder Firefox to load style sheets, images and other elements that add to the raw text of the page.
You can try the reset function. It duplicates some data key of your active settings in a new file, bypassing some add-ons and custom settings. Your plugins (including Flash) will still be active, but may be disabled manually if you wish.
More information in this article: Firefox Refresh - reset the settings and Add-ons. Please note that an old parameter file appears on your desktop. You might want to keep this around for awhile in case you need to save something from him
Does make a difference?

Hi Jean-Luc.
I retested it with Flash Player 22.0.0.137 &.144 and Firefox Beta of 47 and 49 every night and it works now.
DOM. IPC.plugins.asyncdrawing.Enabled is set to true for the tests.
So I would say that we can close this topic set with Flash Player 22.
Kind regards
