  Hello

  So I started just literally using Mozilla Thunderbird to manage several emails. But there's something bothering me since my switch from my previous E-mail: the structure of the list of messages.

  I use Outlook Hotmail for my emails. In Outlook, Hotmail: The messages appear like the image below.
  Whereas, in Thunderbird, it is a horizontal line that looks very cringy and is not as instructive.

  Is there a way to make it look like the approach of Outlook/Hotmail?

  Nope, that was the last attempt of whoever does make it possible on the list for years, was rejected by Mozilla. So it will be years before we get it probably are a replacement for Mozilla XUL should be found.

• Is it possible to get the expression of quick filter above the list of messages in the vertical view?

  I have a fairly big screen so I prefer to use the vertical display (with message pane appears to the right of the message list pane).

  I use quick filters / lot of research in the search for old messages. In doing so, my attention is focused on the message list pane, but to type an expression that I have to drag my focus on the far right of the screen, above the message pane. Logically, this area of the screen should be associated with the message, not the list of messages.

  If a simplistic solution can be available if I ask you if there is a way to customize the location of the elements in the quick filter bar, as I illustrated on the screenshot?

  But I think that the fundamental solution is to make the bar area of quick filter in the list pane message, instead of the current arrangement where it is part of the largest component that contains the message list pane and message pane.

  I welcome any advice on how to solve this problem, for me, or get it repaired for others to share.

  Ah, found the bugzilla database - was looking for link to support the site, but as I couldn't find one, I assumed that this channel has been used on the screen of the excessive defects in bugzilla.

  In any case, a quick search found me https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=592248 - where someone complained the quick filter bar was too short in vertical view and this has been resolved by extending the bar on the top of the message pane.

  I guess that preference will depend on the size of the screen. I will take the question through bugzilla and can provide a patch to satisfy both sides, if I have time one of these days.

  Not knowing the basic information a problem prolongs the frustration and the agony of these issues.

  Click Start, run and enter the following command:

  regsvr32 appwiz.cpl

  Click OK and you should see a message like this:

  DllRegisterServer in successful appwiz.cpl

  Restart and see how things look now.

  I am new to the Blackberry development so I'm working on the best way of doing things.

  My application needs to pretty much look the same as the list of messages, but I don't see no matter what great wau to do.  The RichList looked good, but it does not seem a way to put in the date separators as the list of messages, so I watched the TableView but I'm not seeing a way to control the borders of table or adding right aligned field.  I don't know that I missed somehting, pointers would be appreciated.

  We use a number of listfields in combination with labelfields.
  for each day a label and a single list.

• Unified Inbox pane shows icons instead of the list of messages

  The right pane of my Unified Inbox displays first the list of messages, but as the mouse cursor moves over them disappear the details of the message, and each line in the corresponding column is replaced by a string of icons (reply, reply to all, forward, delete, etc.). I installed the latest update, but the problem is still there. If I click on my files of account the email list appears correctly. So if I click on my Inbox unified again emails if poster correctly so that the cursor moves over them, which causes individually change the icons and not insights.

  Thanks tons, with a few random tests, I solved the problem. Guessing that it may be due to a corrupted database that I renamed my Inbox unified to generate another file. This produces two identical unified inboxes, both working properly! After you restart tb the duplicate disappeared leaving everything as it used to be. Success!

• OEM Apple nVidia GeForce 7300 GT is on the list of Adobe to not support GPU for rendering of the Open GL...

  My Mac Pro Radeon X 1900 XT is retired to my yard serious computer in my basement, but that goes back to the OEM Apple nVidia GeForce 7300 GT, brought encouraging results delivered with my Mac Pro.

  When I got the Mac Pro 2007, in 2009, I was running it in Mac OS 10.4.4.11 Tiger and Photoshop CS4 (11.0.0) would turn off the Open GL rendering when it detected the GeForce 7300 GT card stock, which was on the list of unsupported graphics nVidia GPU Adobe.   So, I bought a refurbished nine Apple Radeon X 1900 XT.  This card allowed to Photoshop CS4 and Bridge CS4 allow Open GL rendering.  Last year, the Radeon X 1900 XT graphics card created scratches on my screen when it is running hot and sometimes dual turns off just as I was working.  In addition, the computer was material freezes about once a day.   This morning the Mac Pro close its dual display, while I was working, and I had to make another cold cut in order to restart.  I then manually shut down the computer and doing a manual start so that Snow Leopard would use disk maintenance.

  I turned off the computer and pulled the Radeon X 1900 XT card and re-inserted the OEM Apple nVidia GeForce 7300 GT card.  Now I'm in Mac OS 10.6.8 Snow Leopard with Photoshop CS4 (11.0.2) instead of Photoshop CS4 (11.0.0).

  Now, the update to Photoshop CS4, under the most recent operating system, allowing rendering Open GL instead of disable. Physical limitation of this graphics card is now fixed, so I see no reason to buy the ATI Radeon HD 5770 Graphics Upgrade Kit for my Mac Pro:

  Some of those who bought the Apple ATI Radeon HD 5770 will say that they always got the striping on their screen when the Radeon HD 5770 card was running hot, just like with the Radeon X 1900 XT.

  So far, Apple OEM nVidia GeForce 7300 GT works fine and I get no striping on my poster without shut-off or material display freezes.

  I'm happy to have made of Open GL to Adobe enabled with an OEM GPU graphic that works cool and requires no fan cooling anchored.  Apple OEM nVidia GeForce 7300 GT, for the Mac Pro, is on the list of Adobe to not support GPU for rendering of the Open GL under Photoshop CS4, so why is he now supported?  That is just one of the benefits of the Photoshop CS4 11.0.2 update?

  Also FYI, Adobe is not always announce or specify bug fixes in versions of update of an application, although sometimes they do.

  View | Layout and uncheck the preview pane. You can also set the preview pane button in the toolbar if you wish.

• The list of messages using a small font. I can't find an adjustment of the size of the list (Note: does not the message itself, the columns listing the messages).

  I can enlarge my messages and most of the other things (windows 8) but the list of the messages themselves seems not adjustable causing forced look. Any adjustments found to apply to the message but none seem to apply to the list of columns.

  I don't know what happened, but while in a list of messages, I can't see the menu when I press the menu key. I can not open emails or texts either. The watch hourglass but I never get to see the text on the next screen. It seems that something is locked but I can't find the "secret code" to unlock it, ha, ha.

  Have you tried resetting the device? Remove the battery when the device is turned on... and then check the issue.

• How can I reset the view to include the Panel at the bottom of the list of messages?

  When the Inbox shows a list of messages, I used to have a sign at the bottom of the pane which had a button 'delete', then I could scroll the screen quickly and remove those that I didn't need to read in its entirety, or does not wish to read in its entirety. This Panel is missing and I would like to get it back.

  F8 activates / deactivates the preview at the bottom panel. When turned on, there is a button "Delete" for the message.

  I very often use the physical disk option when creating a new virtual machine. The list of available devices will not refresh and I have to manually go to the command line and to find the corret device and then manually enter the device. (Linux Xubuntu 11.0)
