  We had to create a custom subscription management page that publishes on Eloqua to several languages. The position works very well, but what does not work is to know who the visitor is when they click on the link on the email subscription management page.   You can use a simple method for these pages of hosted subscription that would be adding email address to contacts to your URL and then this aid to search for data, or, if you want a method to test more, you could search for visitor when the email recipient lands on the page, extract the e-mail address and then use it to fill your contact database search and make the pre-population of. This method is more complex and requires some knowledge of javascript, but it can avoid the confusion of profile if emails are being sent on etc.

  You can even define searches for information to run only under certain conditions, to stop all data is pre-populated for organic visitors, that this has been discussed on LinkedIn recently in one groups Eloqua where forms are pre-filled with the wrong information.

  Contact form doesn't work with @ Hotmail.com, you must create a @gmail account.

• How to transfer the Site Muse on Business Catalyst to the new account of Catalyst Business

  I have a client who needs to move their site from a former supplier that uses Business Catalyst and Muse for their Web site and CMS.  The previous service provider is not very useful, that's why we want to give detailed instructions to move the site to a new account Business Catalyst and then manage the DNS once the site is transferred.  Any idea or the input is greatly appreciated.

  Online Support request to move the site to your new account. Support will probably escalate it and need to audit, the two parties want to do this etc... Ultimately, the site will appear in its new portal partner and they can manage the site as another.

• Creation of a photo gallery / portfolio for a customer to manage (CMS & Business Catalyst)

  I was asked to create a website for a client, the client is a photographer and want a site to promote her nursery school photography business. She would like to be able to manage the site itself using the BC dashboard, upload pictures as and when necessary. I use Muse to create sites and have informed the customer that for any CMS they need hosting with Business Catalyst.

  My question is to create a relatively unlimited photo gallery / portfolio. I understand a customer can download and edit the images on their site using the dashboard of BC, providing there is a slot available to do so. I believe that Business Catalyst has a module of Gallery of photo on their Web marketing package, it would be what I'm looking for? Otherwise there is no good solution workaround available for my client using only Muse?

  In the future, the customer is looking for secure areas of the site and also a control system online, but right now it's a pretty simple promotional site with a good photo gallery.

  
  I posted a similar question last week, someone very kindly suggested Smugmug, I looked into a separate (including Smugmug) solution but it is not appropriate in this case and I would stick to the Muse, BC and Adobe.

  Yes, you can use the photo gallery module, where your customer would be able to download new images of the backend site and update the module. There are also other settings they can use for image display with photo gallery.

  Securezones on Web sites are nothing to do with your BC OR login your cloud login creation.

  A securezone on a website is to secure content and customer CRM with user name and password on this website with access and a login to access this content if they are assigned to one area.

  If you create an account of BC and you talk to develop sites using Adobe Business Catalyst, then it will be at some point to synchronize/merge prompt your creative cloud account.

  The short answer is Yes, you could create a market of fundraising.  The most complete answer depends on your definition of a "Web App" and about specific features you are wanting to deliver Web application.  If you are thinking about programming custom php server-side, then, no, this isn't what BC Web Apps. Wikipedia defines a web application like any application written in a language of browser support which relies on the browser for rendering. Applications Web BC meets this definition. "The best definition in my opinion is that a web"site"is defined by its content, all in a web"app"is defined by its interaction with the user. WebApps BC framework can be used for the delivery of content and interaction with the user therefore also integrates with this definition.

  To be clear, "WebApps" in British Colombia is not for coding web applications customized to measure in the broad sense.  In fact, you do not have to do any coding at all (although having knowledge of html/css & javascript will significantly expand what you can do). Colombia-British 'Web-Apps' is a relatively basic set of configurable fields and the tools used to collect and present data.  Its main purpose is to publish "lists". i.e. the items list on which you click to display a details page.  This may not seem particularly high-tech, and it's not. But if you think about it, most of the interactive web applications, a very simple to very advanced (for example Articles; Image galleries; eCommerce, real estate ads; Labour markets; Auction sites; Business directories; Search engines) are all built around this fundamental problem. that is, they present a list of items that are related to a detail page.

  To this end, BC WebApps allows you to define a data set using all types of field (for example, text string, radio buttons, checkboxes, drop-down lists, text box, image path, links, etc.) allows the collect and publish the data however you want displayed in your list views and view detail (more view editing for content generated visitor).  Of course there are limits to what we can do. But there are a lot of innovative workarounds for each limitation. Understanding of the parameters allows a very wide range of possibilities to achieve remarkable results for your customers.  WebApp capabilities are range from the Colombia-British, wide range of features such as Member areas secure, e-commerce functions, lists of campaign etc.

  To return to your original question... "Could you build a web fundraising custom application market in British Colombia?   Yes!  You may allow visitors to the join (members of the safe zone) and then present a list (WebApp point) which is published on the site. Other visitors can view this item in the list and click to view the Details page. They can then choose any number of such further actions as defined in your WebApp structure it As... make a payment (e-commerce); Leave a comment; Like on Facebook; Tweet on twitter, save as a favorite; Send to a friend. etc.  This does not mean that everything is possible (e.g. making payments would be possible using a built-in "seamless" payment gateway).   Not live paid sites or test sites can be moved in a free partner portal. Once a portal free partner is upgraded to a Standard or Premium status, a move from the live site or trial may then be requested at that time there.
