Button in the App Menu events

Can I call a function that is in the main window of the application, the user interface of the App menu with an event listener in the main application to listen for a click of a button in the user interface of the menu?

Example:

(UI button in swipe-down menu in UI.as)
...
ResetButton = new LabelButton();
ResetButton.label = 'Reset view';
...

(code in MyApp.as)
...
private var ui:UI;
...
public function MyApp()
{

ResetButton.addEventListener(MouseEvent.MOUSE_DOWN, resetView);

}

Where resetView is a function to restore the default view of the application.

@tensioncore: PageViewStack.as stores its current page variable _current_page private and at least the version I uploaded, which I think is current, is not a function for this variable get accessor. But it's easy to fix. Simply add this code to your local version of PageViewStack.as:

public function get current_page():DisplayObject {
   return _current_page;
}

and then in your code where you need to check that your page view stack is currently on the page, just make reference

this.stack.current_page

Hi everyone I use win xp professinal in my laptop of dell (Dell Latitude E5410) for a few days, I get some problems as when I click the button turn off in menu start my laptop get hung up and not unresponsive for 5 to 10 minutes due to problems of this I have every time with force shutdown my laptop. I also contacted with dell support they talked about some diagonstic even tests I did the test of all the problems is always the same and finally they told me that you must format your laptop, but I don't want to format my laptop because I recently bought this laptop with Genuine windows pls help me what should I do

How to restore the new tab button in the navigation menu when it is not available in the Customize?

The new tab button disappeared from my navigation menu. None of the changes or upgrades have been made. While all subjects of support suggest going to customize the toolbar, the new tab button is gone either. There in the morning, disappeared in the evening without apparent reason. How to force Windows 8.1 programmatically refresh/update the Apps menu after start lnk files manually editing menu

I would like to know if there is a call to API or similar which will refresh the menu apps dynamically. Because of the way that the applications menu groups of shortcuts by default, if you have multiple items of the same seller they will most likely be displayed together. It becomes quite confusing when all the shortcuts have the same name. This happens more often than I like. To minimize confusion, I have a version icons to move to a different subfolder under start\program c:\programdata\Microsoft\Windows\Start.

For example, two versions of IBM ODM are installed, they have almost identical shortcuts but both are needed by the developer, so we have:

c:\programdata\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\IBM\ODM 8.5.1

c:\programdata\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\IBM\ODM 8.7

In the view menu apps, all will be grouped under "IBM." I moved and renamed ODM 8.7 to:

c:\programdata\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\IBM ODM 8.7.

However, the menu apps will always show both sets of icons as everything under 'IBM' however a game does not work (because they have been moved). without any other process, the only way I found to refresh, it's to open a session and return twice. Reboot, restart explorer.exe (someone suggested that) or other tricks mentioned in the links down below has no effect.

Steps to recreate:
1 see the menu apps

2. rename any existing subfolder which is directly under start\program c:\programdata\Microsoft\windows\Start

3. open the menu of apps again. the modified file should be not displaying and in the old group of folder shortcuts no longer work.
4. open a session once and relog in. Still, the change should not display.
5. open a session once and relog again. The change should now display.

This delay in the update of behavior has been observed by several people, one that suits that I remember:

How to remove the landing page button in the main menu in Muse?

I created a landing page that precedes the real home page. After visitors have entered the site, there is however no reason to return to the landing page or make it featured in the menu.
But the menu widget included automatically. I try to remove it and can't seem to be able to do. No idea how I can do this please? Thank you.

In outlining, click (Windows) right-click on the page, select the Options Menu > Page exclude menu. Or, use the menu manual option.

Windows > common libraries > buttons no longer exists in flash cc.

If you need some of the prebulit buttons, use flash cs6 or cs6 copy and paste it into a flash cc application.
