If you are using windows OS, click the gear icon and exit Creative Cloud App
Then right-click on the creative cloud desktop shortcut and choose Properties.
Then click on the Compatibility tab
In compatibility mode ' ' make sure that ' run this program in compatibility mode for "check-box is disabled."

Creative cloud does not display updated current
I run creative cloud on 2 computers, computer laptop and post work (MAC OS X Yosemite). The laptop CC app displays updates available at present, my workstation (MacPro @2009) does not display the available updates. I disconnected and folder; disconnected, uninstalled the app, rebooted, reinstalled and signed, but still do not see updates according to availability.
What steps should I take to get updates, have the CC app show, etc.?

For all those who research this, I wanted to share a solution that worked for me after an hour with Adobe.
Close all Adobe applications. Sign out of cloud creative app and leave. Activity Monitor allows you to stop smoking whatever it is running from Adobe. (Featuring infinite red icon)
Go to users > Admin > library > Application Support > Adobe > AAMUpdater > 1.0 and delete AdobeUpdaterPrefs.dat
Open the creative cloud app and sign in. Updates should appear.

I have a MacBook Pro with 370 GB available (500gig) HD, 4 GB of ram and processor clocked at 2.7 ghz.
I installed Adobe Ai (cloud creative) and the installation seemed to have worked very well. However, in the
window of creative cloud (by clicking on the icon on the top bar), there is little blue bars that go in circles
and never seem to stop. Sometimes the window never appears but if I type the command + tab and I see it as
an option and select, the reel just mac turns, turns and turns.

Mine was actually the fact that I never really finished installing. I think you should go through the installation from the window of creative cloud located on the top of your screen (you will see the icon creative cloud of AI). You should see a bunch of products with 'Try' or 'Install' and you will find AI and click on install. It takes a while, but it will install.

Cloud does not display the same number of applications on different computers
I have two computers. A Windows 7 64 bit desktop and laptop Windows XP 32-bit. After scoring in Adobe Creative on my desktop and laptop, I see different numbers of apps. On my desk, I have access to a wide range of applications (screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/IoFsVY7.png ). On my laptop, I have access to a fewer number of apps (screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/5CAegdD.png ). The application I am trying to install on my laptop is Creative Connection of cloud. While this application is available on my desktop, it does not appear on my laptop. I use the same account of creative cloud on both computers. Can someone help me with this?
Changing the configuration required for the various applications in the Cloud and applications available for download depend on your hardware and the operating system.
Well spec'd 64-bit (Windows and Mac) systems will run all the apps. Other configurations vary by app.
Some applications of Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, still and SpeedGrade) are 64-bit only. They will not install or run on 32-bit computers, so they will not appear on a 32-bit system as available for download.

Through my University, I had the opportunity to download all the adobe software, but not the latest versions. I downloaded the app desktop cloud creative in order to update my software.
