  Looks like you have a different symbol inside the key.  Try just of drawing in the chassis and see if that helps.

• Size buttons menu custom for active and roll over the State

  Hello.

  I'm looking to create a navigation menu (simple rectangles with text) in which the role active and several indicate the box will be larger in height.

  I wish well for on roll over the button to magnify and others to shrink, then for there great when selected.

  In the example below, this is what I want it to look for the apps page.

  I'm stuck as the menu widget only allows them to be on only one size. Any ideas how I can achieve this?

  You can add effects to an active state on the menu which items when in active State will show different from the menu SUP normal items.

• unexpected behavior when the button is clicked - & quot; playhead & quot; jumps to wrong frame

  I'm working on a flash site and I'm running on an actionscript issue that has me a little deadlock.
  
  The timeline main .fla is long of 42 images. Images 1-23 are the preloader, each frame between the 24-31 images contains one of the sections of the site, and frames 36-42 contain paragraphs of one of the main sections. 32-35 are empty frames just to help me keep things visually separated while I work on this project.
  
  I have a subnavigation for this paragraph of installation in frames 36-42. For each of the buttons in this sub navigation, I have attached a very simple actionscript that links to other pages of the paragraph. I used actionscript as I've mentioned below, where 'web' is in this case, the name of the image I'm aiming:

  When I click on a link to take me to the last image, that is be named "specevents" (special events), it takes me to which frame correctly. If I click on the "specevents" button once again within this framework, I picked the preloader screen. This type of jump also happens in some of the other secondary navigation buttons, that is, by clicking on a link for a framework which I am already in will take me to a quite unexpected setting (always the same framework for each button, however).
  
  In fact, looking a bit more closely, I find whenever I click on one of the sub - nav links, I have to move an image. As part of the "specevents" is the last image, it brings back me to the first frame of the movie.
  
  It's all a bit strange for me, because apparently, I used the same method on the main navigation buttons, and they do not have something unexpected when you click it.
  
  FYI - the page in question here, can be found at: http://gravitygroup.com/testflashy/ the 'our work' section sub navigation, that's what I'm looking at.

  AHA! figured it out. The problem is that I got my sub - nav buttons grouped together so I could move around as a unit. I have them removed, and everything works now!

• With the upgrade to version 8.0.1, I can not more long scrolling with my touch pad or button (Lenovo T61). It was possible before the upgrade. How can I fix it?

  As I said whenever I open firefox I get 3 additional tabs to the home page. After that, whenever I hit the home button I get 3 more. Very fast, I got 1 million tabs and capabilities. I went to internet explore and connected and I have no problem. The only thing I can get from that is that I have a problem with firefox. I have been using firefox for a couple of years too.

  iPhones have a proximity sensor which is supposed to automatically turn off the screen when you hold it in your face. If this is not the case you can take the phone and have it checked.

• When custom button jump reversal

  I created a custom for my use "next" "back" button and place them in the folder buttons. Up, down and more.  Selected in the pull down menu in the Properties window and they appear on the end scene.

  When I run the slide and hover over the button, more state jumps to the center of the screen and is crushed!  What happens in the world?  I deleted and start over.  Run the slide and when I ride, the over State appears in the middle of the crushed screen.

  What I am doing wrong?

  Delete preferences.  Those are buttons image, right? You have created 3 images, which names ending with _up. anime_survol and _down?

  I've heard of buttons with States having problems, take a look at this thread where someone from the staff offers a workaround solution, starting, as I did with the removal of preferences (there is a file that you can run in the subfolder of the installation of Captivate Utils folder)

  I am using Captivate 8 and I want to use a custom button I created as a rollover or click to view the object.

  For example, I have a useful suggestion I want the user to see if they choose to click on a light bulb.

  The bulb is customized to three positions (high, low).

  There is NO option to have this button to act as a trigger to display a text like a rolling caption.

  I thought it was a fairly common feature - I can't do that in Captivate?

The success of your button action has a long dropdown menu with simple actions possible, one of them is show. You're supposed to hide this legend of text (or shape with text) and make it visible with the Show command. If you want to toggle the button to act like a button, you'll need a user variables and a conditional advanced or shared action. Something like this:

  v_visib is a user variable, a Boolean value that has two possible rated: 0 means that the object is invisible, 1 that it is visible. I would prefer a shared action here, with only Tx_n (the legend of text) as a parameter. You can override this setting by any object or group, when you use an instance of this action.   I created a collection using the Coldfusion Administrator - and this shows when viewing of all collections. I also filled the collection using < cfindex > - by using a SQL query - and that seems to work well. He put 117 entries in the collection - and this appears also in the Coldfusion Administrator recoveries.
  
  The problem is when I try to search the collection with the < cfsearch > tag, it returns an error indicating "collection that you specified does not exist or is not registered with the ColdFusion Search Service."
  
  I can see the collection that I'm looking for is. Is there anything else I need to do to get the < cfsearch > function to find the collection? I tried to repair the collection, the collection optimization, even delete and recreate - nothing seems to work. I Specifies the full path to the collection in my cfsearch, so that shouldn't be the problem.

  Not sure if this is the problem. The path exists in the CFAdmin. You can see the name of the collection in the cfsearch tag.

  Code to see the attachment, you can do a cfdump to see what the results are returned.

Has anyone else had this experience? Being a loyal user of Apple, I thought that I should perhaps report it as a bug, but couldn't find a way to provide this feedback to them. Interested in your thoughts.

• Photoshop button in the State of the asset returns to normal after turning over?

  I work on a site of reference glossary in Muse and have hit a roadblock with my buttons in photoshop.

  I created the menu buttons in Photoshop that have two different States - an asset and working capital and another for normal and down (the button is actually saved with four layers/States, one for each, but for what the user sees, it's really only two options). I used these menu buttons as triggers of reversal for blank publications, and when the user hovers over the button, the page name will appear below and then disappears in slowing (otherwise the names ecaple and it would look very crowded).

  The issue I found is that when I preview the page in my browser, the buttons seem to work properly as they appear in the active state, which indicates that the page they are linked is one they are on.

  However, when I have the deployment, the button goes back back to the normal/down state, even if I'm still on the home page.

  

  Here is a screenshot of the composition settings that I set up for this widget. I tried the target 'hide' switching to zero, but as the target refers to the word 'Home', the word 'Home' has remained visible and more button remains in the active state, which is not what I want. I also tried selecting "triggers on Top", but the problem was solved not here either.

  

  What Miss me? How can I make sure that my button remains in the active state when it is on it is linked to the page?

  Looks like a bug that is the impact of the meaning overloaded state 'active '. 'Active' is the State used for an article with an applied hyperlink that points to the current page (or an anchor point in the current scrolling range on the current page) and the State used for a trigger or a sticker in a widget of Composition or a slide show that matches one element current assets of the composition or the slide show.

  It seems that we honor the hyperlink definition of 'Assets' on the loading of the page for a composition trigger with a hyperlink to the applied current page, but not to honor this definition of active when the transition to having no element in the composition active (or when presumable to transition to another element of the composition is active).

  The only solution that comes to mind would be the approach very tedious to reproduce this widget of composition on each page, delete the hyperlink on the 'active' trigger and put shaped manually its 'Normal' State for Quicken.

  I wrote the bug. However, it cannot be corrected immediately. (We tend to collect small bugs in a box and then answer all at once or when other changes are planned in this area, because of the overhead involved in the ramp up to work on a surface and completely redone the test after changes).

  We have a critical issue for the default settings of the Application Module (taking a data source DB connections)
  
  I know that on the Web, it is generally suggested that each request must end with a commit or rollback when executing blocks PL/SQL 'directly' on the DB without the intervention of service framework ViewObject/BC/entity.
  
  Now, for some reason, we started to develop our applications with the thought that each Web Session référenceriez exactly a DB session (open any instance taken AM pool) during the duration of the session, so that the changes made by each session Web DB session would never interfere with the changes made by 'other' Web Sessions to 'other' DB sessions.
  
  In other words, because of this persuasion, we implemented often sort of "transactions" that open and close (with commit or rollback) every DB session not in and after a single HTTP request, but during several HTTP requests.
  
  As think of a concrete example of this scenario:
  
  1. the user presses the button "insert." An HTTP request is triggered. The action listener is running and ends with the insertion of rows in a table via a block PL SQL (not via the ViewObjects API).
  2. no commit or rollback after the PL/SQL block above is still done.
  3. Finally, the user presses a button of 'Validation' or 'Dismantling', taken from the appropriate call to the AM methos.
  
  These three applications are what I called the "transaction".
  
  Literature, it is clear that there is no guarantee that the couple HAVE istance + DB session is the same in all applications.
  This means that, during step 2, it is possible that another user can do reference the same 'pending' AM / DbSession for its needs and 'fly' sort the work done via PL/SQL after step 1. (This happens because sessions taken poolside are always cancelled by default).
  
  Now my question is:
  Suppose that we have defined the parameter 'Maximum Pool size' to the very many (always less than the maximum number of concurrent users):
  Is there a guarantee that all applications will be isolated in this case?

  No, I don't think that there is a specific guarantee - at least according to the documentation. You could open an SR with support for asking the question and ask them to refer the matter to the development. The way to ensure things would be to disable AM pooling, which, according to the literature, is not a configuration supported for production.

  I know it's probably not what you want to hear, but if you hired me to come and consult with you, my recommendation would be to redefine the architecture you have. In the end, you'll be happier with the results. If you have an API of PL/SQL, you use, you could write an extension of the generic framework for your EOs that could take advantage of the API of PL/SQL instead of SQL calls (there was little prior work on this and N of Frank, recently said that he would become an EMG effort, but not until next year). If you did, you can further increase your PL/SQL, but without violating the rule "don't let state pending in the session DB".

• How to make buttons that animate on mouse to return to the original state * gently * mouse off?

  The title pretty much sums up what I'm doing: I have not started digging using the script in Flash but, being very well a beginner.

  I created a simple file using video clips nested in the buttons then that when I mouseover a letter, she bobs up and down, but I can't work on how to make it back to its origin 'up' State * gently * when the mouse is moved away.

  Any suggestions?  If it must involve the script know that I am a total noob!
