  I recently downloaded the trial version of captivate 4 and tried to create a button that when clicked on time an audio file.  Apparently, when you link a file to a button the audio file plays as soon as the button and not only when clicked on.  I also tried using the command to play a file/url as an option, but the file is started in windows media player and not only played by captivate 4 if clicked.

  I know it's the simplest question, but I can't find anywhere on the user guide that meets.

  I have a swf file that has 10 slides.

  2 blades have video integrated inside. His works well when I look at continlusly and better bandwidth, but when I tried on lower bandwidth then the video takes time to appear. On average while when clicked on the next slide to ignore the video, overlapping sound happens.

  So what are the best way to stop the previous video of the slide with voice so overcome that problem.

  Have you tried using Insert > FLV or F4V option to see if it works differently to you regarding audio turn off when you switch to the next slide in the file?

  Insofar as the loading time of your videos, try adjusting your project to a higher percentage preloader, for example 50% or more.  However, in general, I would say that you don't place video files even moderately heavy on the slides to the beginning of your project.

  Please help me with the following information related to this issue:

  1. You have installed the required software on your computer which came with Auntie Photon?
  2. Do you see an error or exclamation point in Device Manager when you connect Auntie Photon dongle? See the steps to check:
  • Press Windows Key + X.
  • Select Device Manager.
  • Check if there is no error or exclamation point under Auntie Photon.

  This problem can occur if device drivers are not get detected or due to missing/corrupt device drivers.

  Please follow the steps mentioned below:

  Method 1: Run the hardware troubleshooter

  What do you mean exactly? The creative cloud App is just that - a stand-alone app that manages your subscription CC, including the app updates and active such as files and fonts.

  You want an icon to click to run Lightroom? In this case, you would start Lightroom (not CC App) and either "pin to taskbar" (Windows) or "Keep in Dock" (Mac). If you need help doing that, just tell us what operating system you are running. If this isn't your question, please clarify what you are asking.
