  Well, perhaps this issue has been discussed before... just not met after the search.

  I can get the files (word, PDF documents, etc.) to open very well with published captivate files - no problem, works fine.

  However, the boxes of buttons/click to open URL not doing anything when you click it. The option to open in a new window is selected, the option to 'continue reading' is not checked. The hand cursor appears on the buttons, but when you click it, nothing comes.

  Yes.  It's usually because you've posted on a folder location on your hard drive or local network that has NOT been put in place as a location approved in your Flash Global security settings.  (Google for Flash global security)

  To avoid having to do this more than once, I usually just trust the whole D drive on my development computer (where all my current projects are found).  This way no matter where I publish on the D drive, Flash security won't be a problem.

  You do not have this problem when you download and play from a web server, only on a hard drive where you deliver not files via HTTP.

  Using Adobe Reader you will not be able to change the font size.

  To change the font size, you must have Acrobat installed on your computer free trial download Adobe Acrobat | Acrobat Pro DC.

• Double layer DVD burning does not

  The double-layer DVD burning does not work on my XPS420 w/vista.  The drive reads everything good and burns only 4.7 GB very well.  When you try to burn to a disc double layer blank he Burns half of the project (probably a layer), and then gives me an error message.  This happened with two different software.  Once with Roxio 10.1 included with the system and once with DVD Shrink.  I use an ISO image file appropriate.  My Player recognizes a disc blank double layer with 8 GB of free space.  During the burning process is when all else fails.  I downloaded the update of the firmware as well.  My thought is that it may be a media problem.  I virgins, disc double layer 8.5 GB DVD + R DL.  It's a brand off I've not heard of, but that was all that was available at the store.  It is a toshiba player, not sure of the model number.  16xRW +-.  Note: the front of the drive said no DL.  If all goes well they installed the correct drive.

  Plug in your mp3 player and open Windows Media Player.
  Click in the empty space (next), then select 'Tools' > select 'Options '.
  Select the "Devices" tab (you see yourself mp3 palyer?) If not, click on "Add" > select "portable music players.
  From there, you will receive information about the addition of your device.

  Keep in mind that WordPerfect 7 is a very old version - eight versions. Usually very old versions of almost any program do not work on newer versions of Windows. I don't know about you, but I suspect that you must upgrade to a newer version of WordPerfect.

  Hi, I have Windows 7 and the Sound Blaster Recon 3D PCIe audio device. In the last few weeks, I noticed that some videos will play without problem and some have the following problem: the music and ads are ok.   Just an update.  Problem solved. Faulty speaker connections. Did not touch the connections before the problem, so not sure what happened to these connections, but the problem is resolved. Thank you.

  I found the problem. I opened 'File' then saw 'save as template' grayed. Having not worked with models, I didn't know this isn't how it's done.

  What I should have done was file > save as > then clicked the drop-down 'Save as template' menu option. It was a simple mistake. Thanks to you all.

  I see you are trying to print web pages of a tablet of Surface. What model printer you are trying to print to? Also, is there an error, message, etc., when you try to print?
