  Two points.

  First of all, I see that you have forms stars in your image, but that does not mean that you need a star-shaped slice. You can use a little square that is centered on your star. That could make it easier to create your slices. All you have to do is drag lines of leaders in the left seat and superior, two pairs around each star and then drag a slice from one end to the other.

  Noting that brings me to my second point: images must be rectangular. If you want to change the L-shaped area, then you need to swap two images, not one only.   I wanted to report a strange situation that occurred to me. I am using Captivate 3 on Windows to create Flash movies, and I'm incorporating movies into Articulate as web objects.

  I've created a demo with three linked files. Let's call them FileA FileB and FileC. When ends in FileA, it calls FileB. When ends in FileB, it calls FileC.

  I noticed that when I set up FileA.cp to call FileB, it automatically converted the uppercase characters to lowercase, referring to the file as. I do not pay attention to what published related files work perfectly under Windows.

  However, when files have been published on Linux, FileA couldn't find FileB because he sought of fileb and Linux is case-sensitive. So I corrected it by renaming FileB and FileC to fileb filec respectively and re-released.

  Known issue? Fixed in a later version?

  CP was probably trying to save you from this issue.

  This is a known issue in the web development community that mixed case filenames are bad news for the exact reason that you discovered.  Don't bother but * NIX servers, IIS servers, and links can be broken as a result.  If most web developers get into the habit rather quickly just using lowercase file names since you never know where your content might end up and what will be the server technology.

  What you should have done, was to go with the names of files in lowercase that Captivate attempted to use.

  either make the part of the text of the button (a button movieclip would be ideal because each button could use a dynamic textfield and have different text assigned with actionscript) or add listeners to mouse to your buttons and text (converted to a movieclip).

• A button with two functions CLICK

  I'm sure that I must write an if else for it to almost 100% statement.  However, I'm not exactly sure how do.  Here is the code I have for a button (movieclip) that I created.  He is supposed to play an animation when you click on it.  Then when you click it again it was suppose to play a second animation that he will bring back the State of origin.  What's happening is, it goes directly to the State clicked without playing the animation.  However when you click the second time he plays the animation that takes back you to the original state.  Am I right to believe the only way to get the animation to play on two clicks is to use an if else statement and can someone help with the fi, the else statement.  I never wrote the script for one.

  Have you tried moving the first btn1.addEventListener on top? All orders are executed in sequence given/written. I do not have to appoint executives, but they are probably right, I use the number of the frame. You could do/take a picture of the first image, convert to the key and make the movieclip on the next run frame. Then stop it on the frame and do the same thing with the button to operate the other movieclip, here's an example I did http://manamoppet.deviantart.com/art/Something-in-the-wall-127359486 . It is an alternative, but worked for my purpose...

• Firefox 8 on Windows 7 (64) Synaptics touchpad gesture with two fingers scrolling does not work. Works in any other program.

  UI.trackpoint_hack. Enabled = 1 does not help. All the Plugins and drivers (Synaptics) up to date. Samsung 900x3a. Slider modifies the icon when running two finger gesture but not scroll. No PDF not loaded. No other open tab. When you load in the tab PDF PDF scrolls with the gesture. Same problem in Thunderbird 8. Reason to use Chrome as standard browser.

  I solved this problem with this registry setting:

  In my view, the auto feed mechanism does not work.  No matter how I load the paper it says either it is not loaded correctly (which is) or it is a paper jam (which is not the case).  Recommendations as to what it will take to get my auto paper feed printer so I can print?  She will not even feed myself manually one sheet at a time, not to mention two or more sheets.  Thank you.

• Intel 4965AGN with D - Link DIR-655: Wireless works up using the windows network

  I have a Dell XPS M1530 (Vista SP1) with an Intel 4965AGN adapter.

  My router is a D - Link DIR-655.

  Set up a connection with the router DIR-655 went smoothly:

  Some settings on the router:

  Bandwidth: 20 Mhz (instead of auto 20/40)

  Mode: mixed-mode of 11 g/n

  Channel: 11 (also tried auto)

  Security: WPA2-AES (also tried other variants of WPA/WPA2)

  Some parameters of the 4965:

  11n mode: activated

  The 4965 connects to the router at a speed 130mbit/s.

  It is therefore no problem.

  Surf the internet, electronic control works very well. Don't disconnects for as long as the laptop is turned on.

  The problem starts when I try to access a computer on the LAN (still wireless) using windows Networking/sharing. Sometimes he's already bad when I access a share on a different machine, sometimes only when I start copying (downloading) files to other machines.

  At some point, the connection is disabled.

  After that there is no way to reactivate the connection.

  The simple portable computer does not see any wireless anylonger.

  He normally sees my own wireless network and that of neighbours, but after logging out there are no visible wireless networks.

  I can get rid of the problem by disabling the 11n mode in Device Manager (of course only after a reboot when my 4965 has been disconnected). But then I didn't have the 54-megabit connection.

  To me, this looks like a software problem. The driver (or associated software) crashes and hangs the 4965agn.

  I know that there are more people with the combination of

  D-Link DIR-655

  Intel 4965AGN.

  Everyone recognizes above problem?

  If so, do you have a solution?

  In case contrary and modus 11n works very well in your configuration, you can supply parameters of your DIR-655 and AGN Intel4965 wireless?

• Photoshop cc 2014 with Extension Builder 3 doesn't work does not correctly.

  I can't even basic Panel work in 2014 of CC. I created a default Extension generator project in eclipse. I then this Adobe Extension Builder and Creative Cloud 2014instructions, but when I try to debug, this does not work.   I created an extension for CC, then changing all by following the link above, tried to start in 2014 CC I get the same error, even if it worked in CC.

  If this isn't the case, could someone provide me with an empty project Panel in Builder Extension that works for you, so that I can perhaps understand what the differences are.

  It's true and if you're on Maverick, you also kill the cfprefsd process (or close the session and connection or restart). Mavericks has a mechanism of caching for this kind of properties so that this change does not take effect until you do this.

  You may be able to get this feature back by getting Windows 8 drivers for your touchpad.

  Go to the Acer website and search your computer model and see if there are drivers of Windows 8.

  See if there is a touchpad drivers listed for your computer.

  Click to download, select run and follow the instructions that the Installer gives.

  I hope you find the driver you need.

  You can see other drivers for your computer too while you're there. The drivers from the manufacturer works usually better than Windows comes with that.

  What does not work when you include AIR (called captive runtime)? You are targeting a version that is higher than what you have installed (- swf - version = 23 is AIR 4.0).
