  I defragmented, bike electric and cleaned cache. I used IE and Chrome. Scanned for Trojan or virus (clean) horses.

  I have disabled firewall, empty my DNS, and I am still unable to connect.

  A comcast tech walked me through a few ideas, but we have failed.

  Any ideas before considering hitting geeks check it for something else?

  If you access your Comcast account via webmail, and you have these problems, you may need to have someone to watch.  If you are trying to access via Windows Mail, then try to access webmail and see if it works.

I took the logo off Master and applied to each page individually (not sure if this was necessary, but in my situation it's just faster that way), in the lower layer so that the framework that overlap would not interfere with the links.
