When I was looking earlier I saw there was an option to buy applications every month (without photo packaging) for $60 a month. Is it still available?

We cannot tell which country you are, but in many countries these days, debit cards are not acceptable. This also applies to the prepaid cards in stores. You will need a card of credit supported by a bank in your country.

This forum is ridiculous. Why a current employee cannot meet a real email? I am looking to buy a student Photoshop version. I'll NEVER go through the 'Cloud' racket, so my only option is to purchase the software. Is it possible, or you rely on everyone to be stupid enough to use the trap of cloud and get hacked?
You have the possibility to communicate with customer service, but you'll be in for a long wait, and they do not know the software as many regular users on this forum. With the help of this forum allows several people help both and let the other people to see answers that might be useful for them. It's just a way to much to solve your problems.
BTW, as a student, you can get a full subscription of CC for $15 per month. Which would otherwise cost $50 a month. Buy all the apps cs6 individually (I don't think that Creative Suite 6 is still available you would cost several thousand dollars and for extremely obsolete software.) Sounds to me that a person would have to be stupid to spend a lot more for software that was nowhere near as good.

My creative cloud app wouldn't update so I followed the instructions to uninstall, clean and reinstall and now I get an error code 43 after 2%. Now, I can't reinstall all the apps. Is there something im missing? IM on a mac.

I'm trying to update my applications by using the desktop creative cloud application. I see not all the apps in the app tab, the wheel just spins in circles and nothing happens. Someone at - it ideas? I tried to uninstall office and reinstall, but it still has the same problem.

Creative cloud claims all the apps are updated when they are not

I have a subscription to creative cloud and use applications on two different computers W7 64-bit. On one of the computers - creative cloud shows notifications on apdates and I am able to install these. On the other computer, however, it is said that all the applications are updated. In individual applications - the menu updates option is grayed out.
I'm connected with my accound and I can install applications. However-, it does not seem to install the latest version of the most recent. Tried to uninstall and reinstall Photoshop CC today (10 MS) and got the version 14.0 20130423.r.221. On my other computer - it updated to 14.1.
No error message whatsoever - it simply asserts that everything is already updated.

Could you please try to uninstall and reinstall Office CC applications. Once please check if you are able to download and to install the updates or not.
If the steps mentioned above does not work then please uninstall the Applications of CC and remove Adobe files in these locations.
Windows:
C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files
C:\Program Files (x 86)
C:\Users\(your username) \AppData\Local.
Reinstall all the apps again and try to update.

I want the report to the screen, a bad feature of our Sony with press.
The navigation bar that contains the soft keys touch remains black in all applications (exception Album and other Sony apps). It smells very bad to see, so there is a solution, a mod, an app WITHOUT ROOT to have a transparent or semi-transparent navigation bar?
For example, in Chrome, will be perfect to have transparent navigation bar to see full web page complete!

I read the thread, but does not answer my question; It talks about the immersive mode, but not on the transparent navigation bar.
But, indeed, the immersive mode is better than the transparent bar, so I searched the web on and I found an interesting application, requiring no root, which allows the user hide the navigation bar in ALL the apps and home screens.
So, I don't know how Sony has not implemented this feature HIGH on his Xperia devices wih the latest firmware, because it is a feature that enhance value, functionality and beauty of its features...
The app is named on game of Google as a store GMD Immersive Mode full screen and his works fine (tested personally). The only bug is the keyboard, a bug of Android, where the navigation bar must be required to type and should not used with the camera app (but app inventory also have similar immersive mod).
I hope that this thread can help other users and, especially, can be read by employees of Sony to natively implement this update functionality in the future or when comes out the new home screens.

If I select all the apps on the app store, it seems that I click on it, and then nothing happens. If I try to run the store icon appears on the screen and then it goes back to the start screen. Help?
(1) did you try restarting your PC? Don't forget to restart Windows 8 is not the same as stop and start again.
(2) if it does not help, see if Advanced SystemCare provides a backup of files recently erased. If so, try to get back them.
