Creative cloud claims all the apps are updated when they are not

I have a subscription to creative cloud and use applications on two different computers W7 64-bit. On one of the computers - creative cloud shows notifications on apdates and I am able to install these. On the other computer, however, it is said that all the applications are updated. In individual applications - the menu updates option is grayed out.
I'm connected with my accound and I can install applications. However-, it does not seem to install the latest version of the most recent. Tried to uninstall and reinstall Photoshop CC today (10 MS) and got the version 14.0 20130423.r.221. On my other computer - it updated to 14.1.
No error message whatsoever - it simply asserts that everything is already updated.

Could you please try to uninstall and reinstall Office CC applications. Once please check if you are able to download and to install the updates or not.
If the steps mentioned above does not work then please uninstall the Applications of CC and remove Adobe files in these locations.
Windows:
C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files
C:\Program Files (x 86)
C:\Users\(your username) \AppData\Local.
Reinstall all the apps again and try to update.
It will be useful.

all the Manager are not open after clone r12.1
Hi expert,
I have clone of database on a new server from prod. database is in place, the application is in place for the backend. When demand de./adstrtall.sh all services are normally don't start no error/warning back. but when I check the Manager
ps - ef | grep FNDLIBR
He returned only 5 lines that show all the Manager are not started. and one thing more when I access the PC customer request the application is not open.
Please suggest me what I can do to check any type of error.
I check all the quick logfile clone basic data and application but not found any type of error.
AutoConfig successfully completed level database and application.
OS - rhel 5.7 (test server)
EBS r12.1
OS - rhel 5.3 (prod server)

the question is sloved by the following steps.
1. in my case, the firewall is turned on then I m unable to access ebs application in the browser. so turn off the firewall on the server.
2. in the-> simultaneous set I check every manager and change the host name of the server test (instead of host name of server prod). After eating this all is implemented successfully and works very well...

Why Creative Cloud said all my applications are the trial?
I just bought an annual subscription fee, received an e-mail of confirmation of dealer, the value was credited to my card, but app Creative Cloud said all of the apps are on trial.
Even some that I started to use as trial yesterday are now expired.
I really need my apps working again as soon as POSSIBLE.
I write here because online and phone support are simply not working.

In this case, please check the hosts file, if it has all Adobe entries or not. Please see the problem with CC Photoshop licenses to rename the hosts file if necessary.

updates from app store said all the apps are updated no visible apps
"After a reset of the screen of the App Store updates is empty except for ' all apps are up to date. Updates at the bottom of the screen icon doesn't show any number. I know that some of the apps have been updated as I see on the iPad to my wife.
Only if your wife has all the same apps otherwise I do not see a problem.

How to get the creative cloud to 'see' the apps installed by Creative Cloud Packager
Hello
We are migrating to the creative Cloud and found how to avoid downloading and installing each machine separately - Creative Cloud Packager.
We did a test install and while creative cloud Packer worked great, we noticed creative cloud app acknowledges that one of the applications installed by Creative Cloud Packer are actually installed - we find just as the applications listed with big buttons next to them. It probably means that we can run the updates for these applications either?
We can launch and use the applications so obviously that creative cloud is to see licenses, but how do get us Creative cloud to recognize that the apps are installed?
Any pointers in the right direction would be much appreciated.

We changed "... the default location ' in the directory/applications and now cloud creative can see and update applications.

If the links above do not help, try cleaning remove the creative cloud application and put it back:
(1) uninstall Creative Cloud Desktop Manager:

(2) remove the rest of the files:
