  If you continue to experience difficulties, then please try to remove the file OPM.db located in/Users/ folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE.  You can hold down the option key and go to the menu go to access the hidden user library folder in the Finder.  There is no reason to try to delete the file OPM.db if before running the uninstall program and quit and relaunch the application cloud creative.
