By clicking on Edit - Preferences block LRCC2015.2.1 every time!

Just to tell you...

Uncheck the option preferences > performance > CPU graph use. Then re-enable graphics card AMD reversing the instructions above.  LR should start.

It was not necessary to turn off the graphics card - you could have followed the instructions in the section manually disable the graphic processor.
