By Verizon, told me that the 31.4.0 version does not support SSLv3 and that is why I can't send or receive messages. I'm totally confused.

I am not really the answer that I received from Verizon on the SSLv3 Protocol and why it won't work with Thunderbird, but they insisted that I contact Mozilla. I do not use a verizon email, but one configured for my Web site.
