I tried mp4 videos with no no not all success.have tried quick time, VLC, divx with no luck.movie readers has been downloaded on the internet, no picture or sound
Hello
· Were you able to play videos mp4 on the system before with no problems?
· Where did you download videos (site)?
· You are able to play the other format of file on the system without any problems?
· You are able to play these video files on another computer?
· Have you installed the third-party codecs on the system?
I suggest to play another mp4 on the system and check if you're able to play the movie or not.
If you do not have to install codecs on the system, then I suggest you to install the codecs on the system and check if the problem is resolved. To learn more about codecs, see the article mentioned below.
I suggest you return the item mentioned below.
Thanks and regards.

Windows media player does not work, 8007007e c00d11b1
send email to customer support
I must say that Windows, XBox, Zune, etc. has the WORST customer service I've ever seen! I have NEVER had a Web site that wouldn't be not to remove my credit card on internet information - you are a rip off! I'm calling to cancel the XBOX and I'll send a copy to the Better Business Bureau. Then, I had a problem with my Windows Media Player - I have tried EVERY single "difficulty" or "repair" and uninstall then reinstall, and I still can't use it. I have that either get the original mistakes a lot of people seem to get 8007007E and/or C00D11B1, then after trying to erase these error messages, I get an error message that says "module not found". I'll just use iTunes or cloud player or Jukebox yahoo music or all that I can to avoid these errors. I bought all the songs over the internet or a cd in the store, and I can not play 1 song on WMP again. I just wanted you to know that your customer service is * and the next time I buy a computer, there is no Windows on it! If there is a problem I do not know, send it, or just forget about it, and regarding the XBOX charges on my debit card, I will file the complaint in a letter written to MicroSoft and the BBB. J. I've updated my PC (windows vista 32-bit) and it restarted for installation. Then I closed my PC and it opened again the next day. I tried to play files mp3, but Windows Media Player (11) shows that there has been a problem while playing. So I clicked web help.
