Calendar - conditional formatting values

Hi all

I would like to ask, if it is possible to apply conditional formatting in a calendar.

I need to visually differentiate the values/events in my calendar application. So, for example holiday events would be "BOLD" and any other event would be normal text.

Please let me know if this is possible.

Thank you and best regards,

Vladimir

Vladimir Bartos says:

Hi, AEC,.

Thanks a lot for that above, it is very useful. However, I would like to ask one thing. I have the same formatting also on the display of the list?

I see any "BOLD" and the event type is tiny, so I think that CSS class does not work there.

Yes, just extend the styles to cover the list view and replace the text bold by default from the view of the list:

.Calendar td a div.vac,
.ListCalendar td a div.vac {
  font-weight: bold;
}
  .Calendar td a div span,
  .ListCalendar td a div span {
    text-transform: uppercase;
  }

.ListCalendarHolder .PastDay,
.ListCalendarHolder .ToDay,
.ListCalendarHolder .FutureDay {
  font-weight: normal !important;
}

  • values - ve in the conditional formatting

    Hello

    With the help of obiee 11g.
    I have a column in my report which I want to show the values 2 diff colors, thus putting a conditional formatting but
    the problem are negative values to his not taking.
    Modification of this pass is as cast (tab.col as varchar2 (10)). ' %' as col1
    So, in the conditional format, I used col1 is less than or equal to-25 then Brown
    Col1 is greater than or equal to + 25 then yellow.

    For 25 + his appears in yellow corn - 25 not in Brown.

    Any help?

    Thank you

    Hello

    In col1, access the properties of the column-> Data Format-> Select 'replace the default data Format'-> "With numbers like" menu drop-down select "percentage".
    This will add a "%" symbol to the measure.

  • Conditional formatting depends on the date ranges

    Basically, I want to be able to enter a date in column A and a sum of money in the B column, depending on where the date in column A grave in a date range, I want the money in column B to copy to a corresponding column. Is this possible? The only questions I found on here deal in a conditional formatting with dates have to do with derivative.

    Thank you

    Julio

    I hope this help to clarify for you...

    It is not bringing conditional formatting.  Formatting conditional would change the format of a cell (or cells)... as the font, color, size, color cell background, or other formatting character is tics of a cell based on the contents of the cell

    You ask about including of the value of a cel another beach under certain conditions

    Here is an example:

    The first three rows are header lines.

    You must enter a valid date for the towing job.  Using the format "mm/dd/yyyy".

    C4 = IF (AND (DATEVALUE (A4) ≥DATEVALUE($B$1), DATEVALUE (A4) ≤DATEVALUE($B$2)), B4, "")

    It's shorthand dethrone select cell C4, and type (or copy and paste it here) the formula:

    = IF (AND (DATEVALUE (A4) ≥DATEVALUE($B$1), DATEVALUE (A4) ≤DATEVALUE($B$2)), B4, "")

    Select the cell C4, copy

    Select cells C4 at the end of the C column, paste

  • Numbers: Conditional formatting

    I am familiar with Excel, as with numbers. I try to use the conditional formatting in numbers, and it seems that less well implemented? Maybe someone can explain to me how this could work? To the point, I can't get a cell that shows the result of a formula to work in conditional formatting. Can't select areas of cells and to combine the formatting as it is on a single cell value compared and not a relative comparison to a cell in the same way, if I dragged a formula from cell to cell (it would fill the formula compared to all the cells in the new area drag out).

    I am trying to compare two columns. If the results in cell A2 are the same as in cell B2 and then, there is no additional formatting. If on the other hand, cells A2 and B2 are not equal, then the formatting should make the text in cell B2 red. Once I get this done properly then I also want to apply to the rest of the cells in the two columns.

    It does not work. The problem seems to be this column B is the result of a calculation and therefore cannot be read in the formula of conditional highlight? This is meaningless at all that it was designed that way. As I looked at length before this announcement, some talk of adding a third cell, but as the value that I need is to be calculated, I don't see how this is supposed to work - even in a workaround?

    It is a project where I get a handle on an open account that got away from me. I compare the monthly interest charges of banks in column A with the result of my formula in column B, which allows to calculate what should be the interest, according to the formula provided clean banks. These two cells must match exactly, and when it is off, I want to note. That's why once that I operate in two cells, I want to apply to the results in two columns. But even once, it seems no way to do this?

    It works here:

    To get this A2 "lozenge" click the box-and-arrow-symbol and then click cell A1.

  • "Conditional formatting" in Photoshop?

    I want to be able to highlight an area of the image and then have Photoshop color the area based on a numeric value. Ideally, Photoshop choose a color in a given spectrum based on where the number is within a range that I provided. Moreover, an approach to color by numbers, where I give the color and the number would be sufficient. This is very similar to the functionality of Excel conditional formatting. Is this possible at all?

  • Conditional formatting in obiee 11.1.1.7

    Hi all

    I use obiee 11.1.1.7 and I have a duty of conditional formatting. I have 2 columns A, B in my report, I want to apply conditional formatting on A collar based on values of col B. Col value is less than the value of B Col I should show red color. I created the report from 2 disciplines.

    Thank you

    Chandra

    You can set the condition to be between column A and B in the XML for analysis, or (b) by adding a new column to your criteria to produce a flag to use for your condition (like 'Column A - column B' and a condition on "(A-B) < 0"=""> red").

  • problem with the help of the conditional formatting on a cell that is defined as the percentage

    Hi all

    I am facing a problem with the help of the conditional formatting on a cell that is defined as the percentage.

    I am using beaches for example:

    is equal to or greater than 10% - green color

    5%-10%-yellow

    less than or equal to 5%-color red

    the problem is that keeps the value 10% get yellow color when it should get green.

    i thought that is a rounding issue but when I change the definitions of the cell to learn more decimal places I see this part of the percentage 9.65% and some of them are 10.00% and they are both colored in yellow.

    I also tried to change the way range of 6 to 9%, but values between 9.65% or 5.5% are not colored.

    I really enjoy your help!

    You know the reason and the solution.

    change the format of the column and go or add a column more with decimal and opt for conditional and hide report.

  • Conditional formatting using 2 columns in BI answers

    Hello

    Do you know if it is possible to use a conditional formatting based on the values of 2 columns?
    At the moment it seems to be only possible to conditional formatting based on the value of
    1 column compared to a hardcoded value.

    I mean ' If col A > col B then turn red collar A value '.

    Thanks for any help.

    -Jenny

    Yes, because we can do conditional formatting based on other columns for a column:
    Suppose you pulled of A, B and wants to apply the color RED on one

    Extract columns A, A, B (twice) for the 2nd, an expression of something like
    -case when A > B then end, otherwise 0 1

    On implementing shaped conditional A(1st A)

    Add Condition-> choose 2nd
    Add the value 1 and the RED color value.

    Appreciate if you score as correct/useful

  • Disable the hyperlink with conditional formatting

    Hi experts

    I have an analysis of HTML code.

    My analysis have different ranks:

    Entity link - value
    Entity1 - 12
    Entite2 - 23
    Entity3 - 33

    Link entity is a column with a hyperlink or HTML.

    I want to deactivate a hyperlink in some entities in my report by using the conditional formatting... but I don't know how I can do this...

    The entity column has data Format: @[html]@H so I can see the link instead of html code... but I see links to all the lines...]

    In the conditional formatting, I can substitute data Format, but I don't know how to disable the link...

    Any help?

    Hello

    To disable a link via CSS, you could use the CSS properties:

    pointer-events: none;
    cursor: default;

    However, the first property does not work in Internet Explorer. You can test whether they work in other browsers and check if it fits your requirement.

  • conditional formatting in PivotTable

    Hi all

    I have 3 columns year, month and sales in my PivotTable. I asked a conditional to column sale as formatting

    If < 20 million Red sale
    > 30 million green sale
    Sales between 20, 30 yellow

    Now,.
    I put detail such that, when I drill down to the year it pierces to prod categories - Products-> etc.

    When I just year, month & sales everything looks good, but when I drill down to the next level, IE: product category, the conditional formatting is done to the next level, which I don't want.

    Is it possible to ensure that the conditional formatting not to delay or give a new set of conditions to the next level.

    Thanks in advance,

    CGI

    With Navigation, you can customize the report that will be the parent report to when a user clicks a value (or column). Set your report of child with all the columns you want and what conditional formatting you want.

    The value you want the user to click on to go to this report of the child, click on the properties of format (finger icon) and click the set column value to Navigation Interaction and point to the report of the child.

    In the report of the child, on the same column (you must have the same column in the report of the child), add a filter "is invited".

    This will give you full control of the conditional formatting you desired and the effect of 'drill down '.
