  Looks like you did a few good troubleshooting by force to leave the app, force to restart the iPhone and deleting and reinstalling the application calendar.  At this stage my next recommendation would be to backup your iPhone, then erase and restore your iPhone as a new device, then test calendar to see if it behaves correctly, and then restore your backup.

  Your result from step 1 is exactly as planned... the built-in Wizard GMail via IMAP, which is used for email only. To add the calendar or contacts to an IMAP configuration, you must separately configure CalDav or Mac OS x Server.

  Your result, however, in step 2 should not... it is indeed the exact method to integrate a Google Apps account with BB10 device, as long as you continued this process and fill in all the mandatory fields (server name, port, account information, etc.). Carefully note please that unless you are a subscriber to pay Google Apps, this method will not work for you unless you have previously configured it on the exact device on that you are trying to configure. Google has stopped support for free consumer EAS accounts some time previously and only allows such accounts for free on devices that have been previously configured before when they stopped this support. For any new device, only real paying subscribers of Google Apps can use EAS with Google... all others are limited (by Google) to IMAP/Mac OS x Server/CalDav.

  I can't sync my Outlook calendar to the calendar on Windows 8 application. It stopped working a few days ago.   Synchronization of calendar with your Microsoft Account app.  It does not matter that your Microsoft Account is be an @yahoo e-mail address (it could be anything).

  Example: visit http://calendar.live.com and sign in with your Microsoft Account (your yahoo address).  You will see your calendar as well as the application displays.

  BUT this calendar does not support a company sharing Outlook account.

  Reboot your iPad.

  1. Press and hold the sleep/wake button until the Red slider appears.
  2. Drag the slider to turn off your device completely off.
  3. Once the device turns off, press and hold the sleep/wake button again until you see the Apple logo.

  See if that makes a difference.

  The Palm desktop for calendar backup file is datebook.bak (4.2 and below) or datebook.mdb.bak (6.2.2)

  The main calendar database is datebook.dat (4.2 and below) or datebook.mdb (6.2.2)

  The process involves the closure of palm desktop and locate these files. Rename the fichiers.dat/.mdb to .old, and then rename the .bak in .dat/.mdb files. Then open Palm desktop and see what form data.

  Also, you can make a comparssion of size if both files have the same size, then it is doubtful that you will recover all the data.

• IPhone app frozen

  The update of the LinkedIn on my IPhone 6 (64 GB, iOS 9.3.4) app a couple of days seems to have stalled before the end. The icon is grayed out on the screen. If I touch the icon, the word 'pending' shown below, but nothing happens. I tried to restart my phone, which did nothing. I tried also in vain to remove the app in the hope to reinstall. The app is not in my updates in the App Store. I am also unable to open it directly from the App Store.

  I contacted LinkedIn trying to help, but they think that this may be a problem for Apple. Can someone tell me how to force delete the app, or even to propose another way to solve the problem?

  Theres two ways that you can delete the stuck app so that you can install it again.

  Try to remove the app from storage. Go to settings > general > storage & iCloud in the storage section, go to storage to manage. Scroll down until you find the application you want to remove, and tap on it. Then select Delete App.

  If this does not work, you can try to connect your iCloud account and again. To do this, go to, settings > Store > Apple ID > Sign Out. Open the App Store, then go to the spotlight section, scroll down to the bottom of the page and press Sign In > use existing Apple ID. User name and stuck applications should reset itself.
