  I just brought a laptop Hp Pavillion (Windows 8.1) 15 and its working well. Ive been on a Skype call with my friends while playing a game (which means that Skype is reduced to a minimum). But all of a sudden, the sound stops and I find my game, but not Skype. I've maxed Skype and then my friends could hear me and I could hear them, but every time I have minimize Skype I can't hear them and they don't hear me. I tried with spotify, and I could hear the music even when spotify has been reduced to a minimum.

  If someone could help me find a solution to this so I can play games and hear Skype then reduced to a minimum, it would be great.

  Hello!
  With this problem, try to perform a complete uninstall with all data cleaning. (Uninstall Skype from 'Control panel' and remove the Skype data folder in your user as c:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Roaming\Skype\ account records) Do a fresh install of Skype.
  Perhaps deleting the shared.xml and config.xml file allows you to set also.

  Type Cmd in the search text box.

  Press Ctrl-Shift-Enter keyboard shortcut to run a command as administrator prompt.  Allow the elevation.

  Type netsh winsock reset at the command prompt and press the Enter key.

  Do the same process to refresh the TCP/IP just replace the command typed with.

  netsh interface ipv4 reset Press enter

  netsh interface ipv6 reset Press enter

  ipconfig/flushdns press Enter

  Restart your computer.

  Win XP & Vista

  Today, I have a problem of access to Skype from PC. After you have entered the user name and you press the Login button, Skype shows this screen forever. After you have installed the latest version (7.30), the problem persists. Yesterday this medication worked well... Note that on other devices, such as smartphone or tablet, I have no problems.
