  When you send your unit, please send only the camera body.  There is no need to include an accessory, including battery, unless you suspect it plays a role in the issue.

  If you include the battery or any other accessory, please take note of the "Accessories" on the documentation you provide.  Please keep a copy of the documentation for your records, too.

  There is no need to send the "Record Dealer of purchase", but please include a copy of your receipt from Amazon.

  Try to use another USB port on your laptop (if it exists) and see if will charge. Some laptops will have 1 USB port with a higher output voltage. If you can not always charge the battery, then you need to get a charger. Check in other stores where cameras are sold locally and see if they can help you. If this isn't the case, then you will need to order one online. With a good charger if it still doen't load so its likely you will need to have the camera repaired.

  Edit: Also make sure that your laptop does not go to sleep while it loads.

  I don't know where you can do it, but you can check with HP Support to see if you can get it repaired/replaced for a charge (because I assume the camera is out of warranty). Follow this link for more information:

  Sounds like a bad battery, which is a swelling. You will need to have the unit repaired by an authorized service provider or Apple.

  I'm really sorry to hear that you have such problems after Exchange of motherboard and I really don't understand why service is not properly check and test the features of the laptop.
  To discuss these issues is quite complicated because we can only speculate what may be the problem and no one can say with certainty why this happens.

  In my opinion all you can do is to do some tests and try to do a rational conclusion, but in the end service should solve the problem.

  Just a few questions about described:
  Everything is OK is when you use the power supply battery?
  How it works with power supply current when the battery is removed?
  Start the machine and enter the BIOS settings. Leave it for a while and check if computer laptop turns off again?
  What operating system do you use? Are you using the original OS that you got with the A300 or clean install of the OS?

  Using the original USB cable that came with the phone? If so, check for any docking port type of debris or lint, and if there are pins bent inside.

  If not, get the camera repaired, it may be an unwanted material.

  Well, without seeing the goal and test it on other devices, better that we can do is to guess...

  First thing that I would ask is how you cleaned the contacts? I've seen it is suggested to use a pencil eraser and I do not recommend. I suggest instead using a few drops of isopropyl alcohol to moisten a cloth and wipe the contacts on the back of the lens with that (isopropyl or isopropynol alcohol there is widely and cheaply, is sometimes called "rubbing alcohol"). Away from the optics of the lens. Clean the contacts inside the front of the camera, making sure not to touch the mirror or anything else. These "PIN" type contacts are ultimately too... Gently press each one to ensure no sticking.

  If there is something on the electronic contacts, supplied low voltage between camera and lens, it is often oils... finger lubricating oils of the camera, etc. The problem with the erasers is that they are made from vegetable oil, so don't not to solve the problem.   You say you have OS X 10.6.8 - is that correct? What version of iPhoto do you have? How do download you in iPhoto? What exactly happens?

  Looks like you used a disc at retail to install with the OEM SLP key. An OEM SLP key works with your media recovery of manufacturers. (an OEM SLP key can be activated by normal means).

  the simple solution is to change your product key to the one on your COA.

  Additional information:

  Computers, which are built by large manufacturers provided with pre-installed Windows are supplied with 2 two product keys:

  OEM SLP: This key comes pre-installed in Windows, when it comes to the factory. This key is designed to work with the special instructions isn't on the hardware of this manufacturer. Then, when Windows was installed using the OEM SLP (in factory) Windows 7 key leans on the motherboard and he sees special instructions and activates. (that's why you had no need to turn on your computer after you brought it home)

  In my opinion it is not easy to offer any help. Depending on your display of work materials and the latest driver WLAN is installed. It is not easy to explain why this WLAN signal is unstable. For the right answer, you should see if the reason for this is router or WLAN hardware on your laptop.

  If one of your friends have WIFI at home I recommend to test it. If the problem persists it may be something wrong with the WLAN antenna on your laptop (placed behind the screen). Maybe the technicians have done something wrong while replacing the screen.

  Check the system for corruption files by running sfc/scannow in an elevated command prompt.
