How do I use the sony vaio VPCEC3S0E built in motion eye camera I have attached looking for the correct drivers but could not locate them
Hello
Troubleshoot camera connection
http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/Troubleshoot-camera-connection-problemsYou probably need to recharge the device drivers and camera control software (usually included
with the drivers and installed at the same time).Login as an administrator.
Double-click Control Panel / Device Manager - Imaging - writing down of the brand and model of camera.
on this subject and on the tab of the driver is version. Now, click on update drivers (who are unable to do anything as MS
is far behind the pilots of certification). RIGHT click on the camera - UNINSTALL - REBOOT - it
will update the driver stack. Now, go to the system manufacturer's website and download the latest driver for the camera and the other related camera
software (if not more recent get the same).Download - SAVE - go to them and RIGHT CLICK - RUN AS ADMIN - reboot after each driver.
Manually look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers.
http://pcsupport.about.com/od/driverssupport/HT/driverdlmfgr.htmInstallation and update of drivers to 7 (update drivers manually using the methods above is preferred
to make sure that the latest drivers from the manufacturer of system and device manufacturers are located)
http://www.SevenForums.com/tutorials/43216-installing-updating-drivers-7-a.htmlThen let windows updates on however prevent loading of drivers who are often older than the
those that you have installed. If updates suggests a pilot and then HIDE it and watch manually to see if their
really is a more recent version (at the time system manufacturer and the sites of the manufacturer of the device).Stop Windows 7 to automatically install device drivers

Sony Vaio-how disable built in microphone and start built in camera
Problems with microphone and camera after Windows 7 upgrade.
Since the upgrade to Windows 7 on my Sony Vaio, I can't turn off microphone, or turn on my built in camera. Does anyone have an idea how I can solve these two issues?
Hello1. have you installed the audio drivers after the upgrade to Windows 7?2. what happens when you try to use the webcam?Method 1.
If your computer is having problems with a recently installed device or other hardware, try to use the hardware and peripheral troubleshooting tool to solve the problem. It checks the common issues of interest and ensures that a new device or hardware connected to your computer has been installed correctly.
Refer to the article below for the procedure:
Open the hardware and devices Troubleshooter
http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/open-the-hardware-and-devices-TroubleshooterMethod 2.I also ask you to install the latest drivers for your laptop from the Sony site and check. For more information see the links below:

Sony Vaio VGN-Z31WN
Windows Vista professional.
Serial number: 28286061
Service etiquette: J003R5FO
IMEI: 355891020417161
I recently had some work to my computer and when I came back, my Adobe suite has been uninstalled.
What steps should I take to re - install / checking the codes etc?
Reinstall from the original with the original serial number disks. There is a good chance it will work. If she says "too many activations", you must contact Adobe.
Please be aware that this is a public forum and all information that you post can be seen by the world. It's often a bad idea to post the serial numbers, because they can be stolen and Rob you of what you paid for. (Less a matter of concern for the machine numbers, but a real problem for the software). There is nothing that we can do your series of Sony or the serial number, only Sony could use it.

I bought a Sony VAIO PCV - 46G on Ebay opportunity. I was told that the hardware and the software has been configured initially purchased. At the reception of the device, I found that it would not start and the hard drive has been replaced. He had no BONE. I did some research on the Sony site and was able to get all the device drivers, unfortunately, I do not have an operating system Windows XP MCE. The computer has the key to the BONE. Sony sold the operating system for the pc recovery disks, but sells more of them. How can I get a downloadable copy of the recovery disks required for this Microsoft pc operating system. I can provide pictures of the pc and the key product of BONE and a picture of her on the pc. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
Josef
Hi JosefBoukal,
As the computer came preinstalled with the operating system, you may need to contact Sony for assistance. You can check the manual or the Sony support Web site to see if you can restore the computer to factory settings.
Note: It would be possible only if the manufacturer has provided a recovery on the computer Partition.
Unfortunately, there is no Windows XP available disks or download is available.

Sony Vaio did not come with recovery cd and have not been able to locate the online game
I have a Sony Vaio, which has a few years working with Windows XP Home Edition. When I bought the computer first, I wasn't very experienced technilogically who did not think about twice the computer comes not not with an operating system cd. In any case, now that the computer is a few years old I am aware of the importance of having this cd as a backup, if all else fails. My problem is when I went on the Sony website where a list of retailers has been provided which might carry the recovery CD. After phone calls and emails, I have yet to find one that still bears then Sony Vaio Recovery Set. I always have my genuine key of Windows Xp, as well as of the receipt of the purchase of the computer. I'm more concerned with a new installation or not all original came with my computer (ie. sony) programs. My concern is just to find a real cd that I can use in the unfortunate situation where I have to reinstall my operating system. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.
Maybe you have a recovery partition.
Pressing F10 or F11 key when you turn on your system can put you in a recovery partition.
