can anyone recommend a PDF reader application where I can do my own bookmarks to go back and highlight the pages or articles in the review and their research?

Hello

I bought a surface as, among other things, a replacement for hanging out massive textbooks. I often buy books (mainly from Microsoft Press ironically) which are huge, hard and strong, the saving grace is that each book comes with a CD-Rom containing, among other things, a PDF version of the book... IDEAL!
the problem is, these manuals are 100's of pages long and I would be able to 'jump to page x' to return to something, I would also be able to highlight a field or bookmark for a quick look at "return to this subject later" or "do these exercises when I go home." It would also be good to put a bookmark on the page I read last. Currently, I have a .txt file where I write the page number and no goodbye, isn't a very slippery solution, or the adobe reader app from the built-in Player app includes a "jump to page xx" so I scroll 200 + pages just to find "my place" everytime I open my book.
I do not know there is an app that can do cela which, in my view, to improve this tool for my purposes, I paid for and I tried PDF touch, it does not allow the addition of bookmarks in my books and really suitable for many documents of pages, I'm sure it would be great to annotate documents page 1 - 5 but not quite right for my needs.
Thank you guys.

Try the official Adobe Reader touch app for RT. Here's advice on Adobe Reader http://www.surfacetablethelp.com/2012/12/download-adobe-reader-for-windows-8rt.html , it featuers "use to go directly to a section in your PDF document bookmarks", however, it does not support the text to highlight.
