  There are several different methods to check which version is installed, two of them are:

  Option 1:

    • If a previous version of Flash Player is detected and blocked by Safari, click on the "Outdated Flash" text and displays a windows Flash is obsolete screens.  Click on download Flash... button to be redirected to the download page to download and install the latest version.

  To synchronize your settings, you must use Photoshop CC (aka Photoshop 14). You use Photoshop CS6, which is the previous version of Photoshop (version 13.1.2). You can download Photoshop CC and other applications http://creative.adobe.com/apps cloud creatives

  Looks like the Navigation bar is what you have now. What happens when you press the Alt key? You see the Menu bar, at least temporarily until you press another button or click a mouse button. When this Menu bar is displayed, press the V button to open the view menu, and then move the slider on the toolbar and click on the menu bar menu item. The Menu bar should then stay open all the time and you won't need to deal with the orange Firefox button.
