Can I apply for joining the creative team Cloud?
I would ask that, in the composition of the team is be renewed the team members get together with the administrator account. Our IT (Administrator account) was absent and no one saw the recall and subsequently the first I heard about it is when I get a message from Adobe saying ' your membership of the creative team of cloud finished! You can imagine is not a good situation in!
Fortunately, the account has now been reactivated and work very well to work but I now have questions get my IDs to work on Illustrator on my PC at home. I followed all the instructions online to see with a logout and back again and also delete the opm.db file and no solutions seem to work. So on top requesting notification can someone tell me how to fix the sign in question?

Just to let you know I had a conversation with Pratima in support, was very helpful and solved the problem for me.
These are the following steps that have been made to solve the problem:
- You must first check the host file in order to verify if there are entries from adobe. [was not this step]
- If Yes, then you need to remove those
- You can find the hosts file on location: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
- Then go to the location C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe and rename SLCache
- Then go to the location: C:\ProgramData\Adobe and rename SLStore.
- Then launch the application by right clicking and select run as administrator.
That's all you need to follow.
With the support, I am now back operational.

I am the administrator of my team, and I invited people about 41 days ago. Some have accepted the invitation, while others have not, mostly because the Adobe email has been sent to their quarantine folder and they were deleted. Can I re - invite people to the team so they can accept?

Yes, you can invite these people again in the creative cloud on behalf of teams.
All you need to do is go to your account on the Creative.adobe.com > team management and then to cancel the invitation to those who have not accepted the invitation yet. Once you have revoked the invitation, simply send the invitation again.
Do not forget that you cancel only those invitations not seats.

Share the plan of the creative team cloud between mac and PC?
I'm looking into buying a subscription package creative cloud for a small team of content developers. However, some of us are running Mac OS, while others use Windows.
Before I commit to this plan, I want to know if we can use all the software.So, could some of us use the mac version and others use the PC in the same plan version?
All subscriptions are for a single user.
As a unique user, you can activate the applications up to two computers, with Windows and Mac OS supported.

How do you get all the files visible and shareable for the creative team of Cloud?

My design team small recently signed for the composition of the creative team of cloud. It comes with 100 GB of storage space. As my team is scattered about the geography (two in the United States, one in Australia), we hoped to use this storage space as a way to share files more easily and control version on the joint projects.
Searching through the help, it seems, however, that you have to select each file individually to share, and then type in an e-mail link. That could become very heavy when downloading multiple files.
I think that, as a team setting, there is a way to define a default value for sharing on all or some members of the team so that each person can access the files without have to choose each one individually.
Is this possible? I have the lack somewhere?

Currently, it is not possible using the CC file sharing mechanism. You must select the files individually and share them.

We currently use a unique email for our team account. Is it OK to create accounts of redirector to our users rather than individual e-mail addresses by user. For example user1 @, user2 @ user3 @... would each have their own login, but all the emails would then be sent to our Center info @ email account.

With creative Cloud for teams, we have provided our users with many different flexible options. You can probably go ahead and use a generic email add instead of there own Email add and will work absolutely fine for you. You can invite the mentioned email add your team from the portal of the creative team of cloud.

I just join the creative cloud with the offer complete for students, but when I want to download new applications, they still detect me as a user free trail so that they won't let me download the application again.

I changed the creative editing Cloud student and teacher for creative photography plan cloud 21 may 2015 that nothing seems to have changed. My Lightroom is the old version, trying to load LR - 6. When I sign in Photoshop, I get an error message that my account is not found. (Because I cancelled it and joined CC?). I keep going in circles.
Now better contact Adobe technical support, they can access your computer remotely and fix the problem.

Yes.
The creative desktop application cloud open Preferences and move from the general to creative cloud tab tab. Then, move apps to files below that. Under the folder location you can change it.
