  Remember that this is the reason for having a SHARED NETWORK... you share all. If you and I are working on a project that is shared on the network, we could work on and update the project.   You can do almost the same way in Windows 7.  Basically you right click on the folder and choose Properties.  Under Security, you can decide who can and cannot remove the folder (or even see the folder if you wish, to hide from others).

  Just be careful.  I recommend not using the "deny".  Just do not give someone the function "allow."  Denials have priority and I saw where people wrongly denied their own access to the folder, and according to the options chosen, you can't "undo" who am wrong.

  From > all programs > Accessories, right-click on command prompt and select "run as Administrator". Flashing cursor type in ipconfig/flushdns (note the space between the config and /) press [Enter] and then restart.

  You should still be able to delete the files in your Acrobat.com account (and receive a confirmation message "delete file" when you do. If this isn't the case, please clear the cache, and then open a session in https://cloud.acrobat.com/files. When you select a file to delete, you will see a list of options at the top of the list of files - on the far right, you will see the delete option.

  Currently Windows Vista Home Premium SP1 x 86 (no patches since 2008). Currently, it has no AV and has not been connected to the internet yet. It will be behind a router.

  I had to redo the factory already reset after be connected to the net for 20 minutes and then a bunch of programs kept crashing saying Data Execution Prevention had to close the program StackHash and BEX error when executing update for HP drivers.

  Maybe I installed Kaspersky first next time?
