Can I download Office on my new HDD after reinstallation of Windows XP? Office was on my computer when I bought it.

I have an IBM thinkpad R50 and recently had problems with my hard drive.  I bought a new hard drive and a local computer repair shop try to clone my hard drive to the new.  Unfortunately, since the old disc had some problems of sector, they were unable to make a clone, so they had to reinstall the operating system on the new hard drive and copy just my data (not programs).  As a result, the new hard drive doesn't have Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel) tools that were on my computer when I bought it.  I have Windows XP Professional Version 2002 Service Pack 3 and my registration number of Loye.  Is it possible for me to download Office on my new hard drive?

Contact the manufacturer of your computer that you initially provided with your computer, with Office already installed.
Ask them to provide the office disk/s.
