  Unfortunately I lost my recovery DVDs as I can't do any other DVD recovery because of a problem with windows.

  I want to re install the window, so first I download my original windows from Microsoft.

  Microsoft provides no support for pre-installed OS.  You must obtain from the computer manufacturer.

Sometimes only for a few configurations downloads starts but is too slow, about 9 kb/sec. I tried with different PC but the problem remains. I don't know if it's a question based on my computer or on the HP site. Can someone help me?

  The HP site seems to work very well as I just downloaded on it without problem.

  You are able to download from other sites?

  Have you tried using another browser to download?

  Have you tried running The HP Support Assistant to retrieve updates?

  Have you checked your firewall and virus checker setting to make sure it is not blocked?

  It could also be a firewall on your router setting.

  Have you tried to download from a hotspot or maybe a friends house?

  If you are unable to download the software desired, try another computer to download on a USB and then install the updates.

  After installing the updates, you have the same problem?

  Click START > printers and other devices.

  Right-click on the icon of the printer 'DeskJet 1510' and then click on troubleshoot.

  Another possibility is that the cables are loose. Remove ALL power, then check the cables
  both ends. Remove and replace, do not just tight. For laptops, you can often clean the

  Be sure to explain your situation to the Appeals Officer.

  You attach the printer to your computer before you tried to install the drivers of Canon?

  Right click on SETUP or INSTALL and select PROPERTIES, then the COMPATIBILITY tab at the top... In the window that opens, check the Compatibility Mode and select Win 7 from the drop-down list.

  You can try it without this step first if you want and if it doesn't work, then try setting compatibility...

  Be sure to REMOVE the printer from devices and printers whenever you reinstall the software...

  My installations failed if I have done this with a Lexmark printer...
