First of all, any purchase that you have made with your ID first Apple won't be available on the second Apple ID and vice versa. If you only want to use an Apple ID, you must choose them and then purchase and download all the apps the other Apple ID that you choose.

  You could also do for the two the same Apple ID passwords. In this way all the apps you have downloaded to your devices can be updated, and you do not have to remember to separate the 2 passwords.

  I suggest you to change the main view and check if that does the trick. To do this, follow these steps:

  a. click Start and select Control Panel.

  b. click view , and then select change display settings

  c. click the type of view you want as primary (or display 1) and select the option 'Allow this my main screen'

  Move all the messages you want to keep your local folders account. You can create subfolders under "Local folders" to replicate a folder hierarchy, you can have for the account to be deleted.

  You can disable the bookmarks bar via view > sidebar > Favorites (Ctrl + B)

  Press F10, or press the Alt key to bring up the 'Menu Bar' temporarily if the menu bar is hidden.
