Can I have a windows 7 pro disc and a windows 8 pro disc and choose to boot from

I need to run windows 7 pro, because I have CS3 and you don't need to upgrade.

I also want to run windows 8 at other times.

Is it possible to have a win7 disc and a disc of win8 coexist and simply choose which to boot during post?
