  Situation is that I have a connection to a company/Pro account and I see that other applications are Multi Folio. However, when I hit Create App, it gets added no problem but it's a unique edition.

  I was told that if I want to update that happens instantly, it must be a folio multi application and unique editions apps must be submitted again completely and it may take another 2 weeks before, it is updated.

  Asset JS libraries shouldn't conflict between them, unless there are symbols with the same name. Even in this case, you can change the names of symbols for each FLA avoid collisions.

  Looks like you are trying to copy and paste the code on the HTML preview. It is not really designed for it, and this will lead to collisions of names. You want to rewrite this logic in your own HTML code (code overview using as reference), or rename the variables as appropriate, after you copy and paste.

  Earlier this year, we have created a multi-folio for a client application and it is available in the app store. We are working on the updating of a folio in the multi folio and have difficulties to test updates before they go live.

  We have transferred the files through Folio Builder under the same ID as the original folio was built. A private time has been selected, the folio direct since the app store was removed from our iPad and was no longer available for download. Once we went into producer Folio and changed from private to public, it instantly shows up on our iPad.

  Once the revised files are uploaded through Folio Builder, we can connect to Adobe Content Viewer to review updates but the content viewer is not always a perfect finished product representation (ex: videos).

  We have an application multi-folio as well and we test in the Adobe Content Viewer application. You can either sign with your publishing Adobe ID and it will appear or share the folio in InDesign with a different Adobe ID if you prefer.
