  I tried to play with a slide show earlier and wanted to change the colour or the next/previous buttons to image placement. But every time that you click on that it passes to the next photo! Is there a way to disable the buttons temporarily? It also appears that the buttons should be the same color for each photo. Am I wrong?

  You cannot disable the buttons next and previous, you can hide them via the options menu flying if you want (select the widget > click the blue circle with the white arrow at the top right of the widget).

  However, even if the next/previous buttons will take you to another image, you can still change them, when they are selected, as the buttons remain same for all slides.

  In addition, the buttons should be the same color for each photo.

  I have a slideshow with the photos that I created using the lightbox widget, and I add new images of this weekly slideshow.   Unfortunately, there is not currently in an automatic way to reverse the order of a slide show. However, when you add new images, adding them makes it after whatever the image is active in Design mode of Muse. If you select your first tile, and then import the additional images via the Options of the Widget, the new images will be inserted immediately after the first image. You can then move this first thumbnail image after the thumbnails for newly imported images and the result would be that new images would be at the beginning of your slide show.

  I had a look at your website, and I can tell that you used one of the widgets by default slide show. You are certainly able to control the position of the images in the slideshow hero once they have been added.

  To change the alignment or the position of an image that is part of a slide show widget:

  1. With the selection tool click on the widget to select.
  2. Then, double-click on the image.
  3. This will select the edge of the image. You can now drag to the position of the image.
     
  4. Or alternatively, you can select one of the corner handles and change the size of the image.

  You can rearrange the order of your images simply by rearranging your thumbnails.

  If you want to remove an image from your slide show, delete the thumbnail.

  Could detect you mode customize? You can call it upward using either:

  • button '3-bar' menu > customize
  • (menu bar) View > toolbars > customize
  • Right click on a zone empty of the tab bar > customize

  If it is not a new button tab at the right end of the bar in view to customize, check in the available buttons box (he scored the new tab).

  If it is not found, try the 'Restore defaults' button towards the bottom of the Customize tab to reset the toolbars to their default appearance. Does it work?

  Or if it is visible mode customize but is NOT normally visible, one of your modules may interfere. Could test you mode without failure of Firefox?   If Firefox is running: You can restart Firefox in Mode safe mode using either:

  • button "3-bar" menu > "?" button > restart with disabled modules
  • Help menu > restart with disabled modules

  Two scenarios: A small dialog box should appear. Click on 'Start mode safe' (not update).

• How can you force a user to click all the buttons on a slide?

  I have a slide with a scenario and four option buttons, of which three are good options. I would like that the learner to click on the correct three buttons, which each give comments, before the continue"" button. I have scripted an advanced action to show that the key to continue only after all three keys user has clicked. For some reason any, when I saw the project continuous slide without interruption after I click on the first button. All the buttons are set to show a hidden legend and break after 2 seconds. How can I set up my calendar to (a) allow for the learner to decide which buttons to click and (b) a break long enough to allow him to make that decision? I am using Captivate 5.5, incidentally.

  I am sure that I am doing the equivalent of Captivate to forget to wear one, but I'm unfortunately stuck. Thanks for any help you can give me!

  Hi Krista,

  I think your buttons have the same point of suspension, and given that the sequence is not imposed which is logical. But when you click on a button, the normal behavior is that the playhead continues. Can you please post a screenshot of the timeline and your advanced action? Maybe you need to go back the playback head. I call this micro-navigation and blog about it:

  We can put the button on stacked canvas, and if you want to use HIDE_VIEW the canvas stacked in this button, then you must first move the cursor to another element that belongs to another canvas.
  OR
  You must set the properties navigable mouse and keyboard navigable of the button to FALSE.

  If this isn't what you want then please explain what you actually want to achieve.

  Yes - you can put Apple Watch mode table bedside without having to buy the Apple (or other) docking station.

  To place your watch mode bedside table:

  • Make sure the option is turned on: on your iPhone, in the application of the watch, go to My Watch (tab) > General > scroll mode bedside table.
  • Connect your watch to its charger (with power connected):
    • Place your watch on the side with the buttons facing up.
  • To see the time, tap the screen or slightly shift your watch:

  Start from the beginning

  Press f8 and choose movieClip, then draw your button movie untoggled call then create another movie and create your button toggled or grayed button and call it greyedButton.  Go to the main stage add 2 instances of button and 2 greyedButton (just drag the library).  you have 4 instances on stage.  give the name of the instances of appeal and place them one over the other so you can see 2 buttons on the stage.  put the button greyed under the button.
