Can I reinstall 'removed apps' after that windows 8 is "refreshed"?

I see that many have asked the same question before: how to reinstall 'removed' applications after the update of windows 8?

I had a few programs MS already pre-installed on my system (for example MS Digital Image Editor 2006) and I would like that he return. I know that MS does not support this product more, but I want to use it again.

How can I get my old dos programs? They are in the basket? There must be a way to reinstall them, and they never came with any media or thumb drive? These programs are completely lost to me?

Everything that has been pre-installed when your computer was new is preserved when you use the update.  That's because discounting is the "default set of software" the manufacturer of the computer (such as Dell or Acer) put on the computer.  When you use Refresh, you end up back at the State "brand new computer" and all the software that originally came with your computer is also.

Programs that you have installed yourself (which are not come with your computer) have disappeared, and you need to install again the same way you did the first time (from the CD or download from the site that it's).
