Can I replace a battery Clip?

I got my boyfriend a Sansa Clip last year when he started having to have dialysis treatment.

Three times a week for hours a session theree his small music player is his refuge of machines of drainage and filtering his blood.

And so far, there has been no problem. (He even convinced some other patients to buy Sansa products)

But now its battery will not yet be modified through sessions of three to four hours (probably because it would require the Clip immediately after his return instead of running the battery completely before recharging)

So I would like to know if the battery of the element can be replaced.

While the Clip is a great music player with a very reasonable price of the cost of its drugs leave him with a lot of money, and we would not buy another, if there is a cheaper alternative.

It is replaceable, but not designed to be.

You will need to carefully lift the case apart, then weld a new battery for the battery cables (or use conductive epoxy).  I do not know how much money you would save in the end - batteries are not easily available to do this, but I think that one of the works of iPod batteries.

But people have done - you can find here (top-right search box) discussions on the subject and anythingbutipod.com, a good source.

MacBookPro is not too hot.  It's time to change the battery?  Can I do it myself?

The Mac runs his fans in a feedback loop, based of the internal temperature measured.

If the temperature goes up and the fans are not speed up to compensate, you probably have a hardware problem.

If the Mac becomes too hot, it will make an uncontrolled emergency power off.

EDIT: Replacing the battery is a completely separable question not related to temperature. Is the Samsung phone batteries that catch fire, not Mac.

  • How can I replace the same clips with the same interval of time (same settings)?

    Dear Adobe Premiere CS5 Forum,

I have the following problem, and I would look forward to receiving solutions:

As I couldn't cut my video with clips in avi codecs (it is very difficult to cut in avi codecs, except that you have a very fast computer), I converted my raw clips in lower codecs. Then I cut my video in low quality codecs. My video is now ready to export.

But before I want to export my video, I need to replace all the clips in avi codes so that my video is in good quality.

    Now the problem:

How can I replace the clips (poor quality video codec codec avi), in order to have the same clips in a different codec always the same interval of time. I want the replaced clip immediately have the same interval of time.

For example: a raw whole clip takes 2 minutes. But just a part / interval of the clip (from 01:00 minute 01:10 minutes) is shown in the video. Now I want to replace this clip with the same clip in avi codec. But it must be the same interval (from 01:00 minute 01:10 minutes).

I tried to replace a clip. But they each have a different time interval (the lower quality clip is from 01:00 to 01:10 minutes and if I would like to replace the same clip in avi codec is the time interval between 0:00 to 0:10 minutes).

How can I replace the clip with the same interval of time?

    Thanks in advance

    Leonardo

Hold down the Alt + Shift; It is Shift that maintains the reference timecode. In addition, this will work only if your proxy clips contains timecode. If they all start to 00:00:00:00, this will not work for you.

    Say hello to new jossall.

I jumped to conclusions and didn't know it was a Ultrabook. This laptop has a larger capacity but no removable battery. They are usually soldered on the motherboard of the laptop. I also had a colleague look in the system to see if a support agent can sell you a battery, but they can't. If the battery is not on this laptop, it must be repaired by HP.

I hope this information was useful; have a great day.

  • Can I replace my noisy battery?

For a long time, I have noticed a disturbing noise coming from my laptop Acer Aspire MS2287.

This noise was not continuous, but randomly started and stopped.

Recently, I did some research and found that it could be caused by the battery.

I removed the battery of the Aspire and the laptop is not more quietly.

Would it be a bad battery?

The netbook is probably not under warranty more, but this noise began almost at the beginning when the laptop was purchased.

You have any suggestions please how to fix this problem (other than replacing the battery on mine)?

    Thank you very much

If you are still under warranty, then they will replace. It would be nice if you could find someone or somewhere to try a good battery known, but the fact that if you take, the problem goes away would point to make it bad.

    Hello

-What is the number of brand and model of the computer?

It is sometimes difficult to determine whether a problem is caused by the equipment do not operate according to the manufacturer's specifications. But in the case of power - and more specifically a battery - it works or not.  If a battery is not that it is either a defective battery or a faulty charger.

I suggest to check the connections, connect it properly.  If you have a spare power adapter only to login and check. Contact the manufacturer of the computer for better assistance.

    For your reference:

    ·         When you turn on your laptop, if your battery is more than 95%, you will get the message "connected but no charging current.

    ·         When you turn on your laptop, if your battery is less than 95%, you will see the message "plugged and charge" until the battery reaches 100% (not 95%).

    It will be useful.

  • How to replace the audio clip with each other instead of stack

I'm editing a long track of narration in Audition, and I have to paste a small audio clip on narrative in several places.  I want the pasted clip to replace this part of the narrative, as it would in first.  What he does in hearing is battery clips, so if I choose narration for some reason, all the clips on the top of the narration are now moved behind her.  To get back them, I now spend the narration to an empty track clip, do the same with those who went behind and everything put back in the correct order.

Is it possible to have the clip pasted to replace what you paste it above as it would in first?

Thanks in advance for the help!

    Phillip

With the help of hearing CC 2015.1 build 8.1.0.162

No, unfortunately, if you work in multitrack view. An easy insertion function was requested to do exactly what you want but is not yet available.

The simplest solution is to split the clip to where you want to insert the new plug. You can do this either by using the Razor tool or the shortcut Ctrl-K. Then when you place the new clip on top it will show melted shackled at both ends. If you select one of the parts of the original item, you can click on the edge and drag it to the appropriate end of the new clip (leaving a chained if you wish or not fade).

  • Hi apple, can you replace my iphone 6 again?

Hi apple, can you replace my iPhone 6 again? Because my phone screen has been a little out of his cases and I think that my battery has become thicker, through my iphone still the limited apple warranty, how much it costs if repair? And or replacement for new phone?

    Thank you.

You're not talking to Apple, this is a site for technical support to users.

If your iPhone is still under warranty and an Apple employee determines that it is a swollen battery and not accidental damage, they will replace your iPhone with an identical model to the one you have now.

  • I need to replace the battery and AC adapter of the Satellite Pro U400-160

    I have a Satellite Pro U400-160.

I need to replace the battery and the charger of my Toshiba, but I am wary about compatibility issues.

Any battery for Satellite Pro U400 is suitable for mine?
As I can't find which batteries are specifically suitable for my computer.

(For example: is this a: http://www.amazon.es/Bater%C3%ADa-Toshiba-Satellite-U400-11V-7800mAh/dp/B0051A9Y88/ref=sr_1_cc_2?s=aps&ie=UTF8&qid=1366885340&sr=1-2-catcorr&keywords=satellite+pro+u400?)

Is there a quick way to check if a battery / charger are compatible?

Each battery and adapter you get from Toshiba has specific part number. All you have to do is use this same part number and order. You should be able to find on the internet.
You can also get compatible parts you are ordering by the Toshiba authorized service provider in your country.

By the way: all U400 models have the same construction and the similar specifications then all the batteries specified for U400 can be used on your U400-160.

  • "Consider replacing your battery" - Satellite Pro C650

    Hello

I recently sent an email to [email protected] for trying to sort out a possible battery / battery reading problem on my Toshiba Satellite C650 I've owned for less than a year (is therefore covered by the guarantee).

Yesterday, I received a computer technical support number Toshiba follow-up call and asked to perform some tests to see if they would solve the problem:

    (1) check if the version of the BIOS was updated, which was (_BIOS version 2.00_) as confirmed by clicking F2 at startup upward.

    (2) uninstall the old version of the program "Toshiba Value added Package" and then go to the mytoshiba.com.au site, enter the laptop model/part number and _download the last value added paquet_, followed by a reboot.

I was provided with a number to call back with, where these tests does not solve the problem, however, I don't have a landline phone where I am and rely on call with a phone laptop (which is very expensive, especially when put on hold). I was expecting to receive some kind of help on these forums.

As the tests has not fixed the problem I meet, where should I go from here? *
    Any help is appreciated, thanks.

    Here are some of the finer details about the problem: {pasted from an email I sent to customer relationship}

"From what I can tell, the power adapter (charger) (works very well since it is able to charge the battery to the laptop comes with lithium-ion and the light on the front of the laptop orange indicates that the adapter is plugged and that he is in charge)." However, recently, whenever I unplugged the AC adapter, I got a notice when I clicked on the battery meter on the desktop icon. It is said: "consider replacing your battery. There is a problem with your battery, so your computer might turns off suddenly. "There is also a red x appears over the battery icon. Despite what the notification says, it seems that the problem can be more complex than that.

Today, I noticed that, despite the adapter sector not be plugged and gauge battery reading '0% ', the laptop has not stopped or put into hibernation - it remains functional. Other times, the battery meter will be warn me that there are few charges left and stops (sometimes only after 15 minutes). Before I received the notification 'Consider replacing your battery', the laptop battery would last at least 1½ hours without going through the AC is plugged. I also had this laptop for less than a year and took good care of the battery, allowing it to perform from time to time and then reload after. It makes little sense that the battery now 15 minutes or less.

As the battery meter was apparently to 0% and not stopped this evening, I think that the problem may have something to do with the method of control compatible ACPI Microsoft stack or at least the device that indicates the battery charge. According to my observations, it seems to be underestimating the percent of charge and so sometimes will stop prematurely, even if there is more charge remaining than expected.

I followed the Toshiba support (online) forums and other computer help forums and this problem of "battery reading" seems to be something of a number other users of portable computers have / is experience, especially when a user installs an operating system of Windows 7 on a laptop that was purchased with a preinstalled Windows XP operating system. I would like to point out that this laptop came with a preinstalled Windows 7 OS and I have not changed operating systems at any time.

I also read that with this problem, in some cases, users attempted to correct the notification "Consider replacing your battery" following the advice of notifications and buy a new battery mounted on their model mobile exact but apparently it has not resolved. »

    > I've also read that with this problem, in some cases, users have attempted to set the notification "Consider replacing your battery" following the advice of notifications and buy a new battery mounted on their model mobile exact but apparently it has not resolved. »

Well, in my opinion you should definitely try a new battery.
If all updates (BIOS, PPV, etc.) no did not help, then a new battery should be tested. Of course, it would be better to try it before you buy a new battery then maybe you need to get in touch with ASP in your country and have this clear in direct contact with the agent.

You said that the guarantee is valid, that's why it should be to fix the laptop for free. But you should consider that battery is covered by warranty one year long.
