  Yes, it is safe to do so. You can make a backup of the files or rename it, and you better stop Apache before doing so to raise again.

  Have you started with elevated privileges command prompt? Just running in the administrator account is not enough. Looks like you don't have because it starts in your user directory. If you were high would begin in the Windows\System32 directory.

  If you have a normal single-user license or subscription, you are allowed to have two active facilities as long as you use only one of them for the software at the same time.  You can disable and re-enable them if necessary to install on another machine.

  I noticed that Lightroom was running slow so I thought it was time to take stock. (I was using Lightroom 5.7). Yesterday, I downloaded the last LR update, which is Lightroom CC [1067055]. I thought that Lightroom CC would replace 5 Lightroom but apparently they have downloaded as separate applications. I was working off of Yosemite, so I hope that the error can be corrected if I updated my operating system. Today, I downloaded El Capitan and Lightroom CC will not always open - I get the same error. I went to manually update the read and write permissions for the folders listed, but some of them don't make changes. The preferences file gives me an error saying "the operation cannot be performed because you don't have the necessary authorization." I don't have the "Adobe" folder in this route Caches

  Try this:

  the Macintosh HD > users > [your user folder... click on 'Go' on the options bar at the top on the desktop (Menu bar) > then click on the 'option' key > mouse down to the selection of 'Library' that should appear > click on it to open the folder /Users/ [your user name] /Library/ ' "]

  You should now find the appropriate folders to change permissions. Just give your user name of the read/write permissions. I don't think you want to give everyone the read/write permission as some authors have claimed.

  According to the description provided, looks that you receive a virtual memory message when installing a program on Windows XP computer.

  By default, the virtual memory paging file that is created during installation is 1.5 times the physical RAM on your computer. Therefore, a computer that has 1 GB of RAM installed will have 1.5 GB of virtual memory.

  You can manually change the size of the swap file to make it larger or smaller. You can also optimize virtual memory use by dividing the space of files between multiple drives and by removing the disks slow or very open space.

  There is probably a command or a term, I don't know that this right but my main question is why, when I did this dozens of times before, doing something different will come this time.  (I know, without replica.)

  I'd also appreciate comments that someone out there could offer re why now when I tap on InDesign, is there a slight pause before that something happens to the screen.  What is my new Mac, or something to do with the program that I can fix it?

  Think a little out of box... I guess people have their own computer / user account.

  Thunderbird would need to have been already installed, but I think you could change the privileges and prevents the user from any other software installation/download.
