  Also I tried to download videos on Youtube (using their private setting), but as short as 5 minutes video. has taken about an hour to download.

  How can I download the video for my supervisor has access to them? I have a program called Dropbox-it allows the sharing of files - I have not tried this one yet for videos, but wonder if anyone knows if it would be better than Youtube, or if you have any other ideas?

  If you want to your colleague for just to see a preview of your work you can create temporary links using Business Catalyst.

  You can create temporary link of the file > publish to Business catalyst.  This will create a temp url for you colleague preview.

  In case you want your colleague working on the site to make changes, then you can share the file the.muse with him on a location shared like dropbox, creative cloud etc.

  But I remember that muse don't support a collaborative environment for you two can't work on the entire file at once.

LM 4.0 running and some of my users have stated that when they share configs they have with other users (in the same organization), the added users cannot "Console Mode". It is grayed out. I checked the properties of these roles and roles (the list of options is amazing) and returned to the LM 4.0 User Guide.

  Put the library on an external drive, where you can set the indicator "Ignore ownership on this volume" for the reader.

  Use a disk with the file system 'Mac OS (journaled)' extended.  Open the Panel "file > read the information" for this drive.

  In the section "Permissions & sharing" Panel Info unlock the padlock and turn the meter of the property to ignore.

  So, here's the method.

  In Lightroom, select the photos you want as your colleague to work on. Then, use the command file-> export as catalog, select "include negatives" and give a name to this new catalog file. Move everything thus created to the other computer and your colleague can do whatever she has to do in this temporary small catalogue. Then, when she finished her work, you move the catalog file on the first computer (no need to move/copy the photos back) and then select the file-> import in another catalog.
